Friendly staff. The room is standard, but with a pleasant fresh renovation, beds with a hard mattress but comfortable to sleep in, large Windows overlooking the river, quite clean. We took breakfast...it's delicious, although the choice is not rich, but we had enough even at the end of breakfast, food was reported, very tasty pancakes and sausages, there is porridge, most importantly coffee for every taste. There is Internet, it works properly, there is a TV with no more than 8 programs, but this is not the point of the trip. The room is clean enough, I don't know how they clean it, but the garbage is taken out every day, they asked for slippers, they fulfilled their wish, although they are not provided. The room has a comfortable temperature. There is no kettle, but there is a cooler with hot water on the floor, although it is not convenient to carry water since the hall is closed with dense doors and they are difficult to open when you have 2 mugs with boiling water in your hands. There is a hair dryer, it even dries. Of the cons, there are worn towels and no toothbrushes and bathrobes, although it may not be provided in the standard, and take slippers with you since the marble floor is cold

Pros: The hotel is located in the city center, within walking distance from the main attractions. Everything is beautiful inside the hotel: modern renovation, stylish design.
Cons: The hotel has absolutely no sound insulation between adjacent rooms.
The roommates returned from an evening excursion to their room at 9:30 p.m.
At that time, we were already asleep in our room after a long journey and the need to get up early, but we were forced to wake up due to the usual conversation of the neighbors and the embarrassment that the neighbors were walking around our room. Every word of their conversation could be heard.
In addition, the neighbors had a technical problem with closing the window sash in their room. The slamming and banging on the window in the next room felt like they were trying to board up the window directly above me. And this mockery lasted for about 10 minutes, and for a sleeping person it was a real torture that lasted forever.
Then the neighbors went to wash. Again, the feeling that the water is pouring in your bathroom. The neighbor's phone conversation was heard verbatim, as if she was sitting directly next to the head of my bed, and not at all in the next room. Until the neighbor called all her 15 relatives and told them in detail what they had seen and heard on the tour, our noise torture continued.
In general, I did not manage to get enough sleep.
For a buffet-style breakfast, you should come to the very opening of the cafe, since 30 minutes after the start of breakfast, the common table is empty and you can stay hungry.
Our stay took place in mid-September 2024, I am writing a review in November 2024 (1.5 months later). But the emotions of the noise torture are still fresh in my memory...

Location - fire! In the very center. Everything is nearby, including a variety of shops. From the window you can see the summer theater, where the Slavic Bazaar takes place. The hotel is new. We were in a hurry to make the change. Finishing work has not been completed on the floors inside. The room has new furniture, a comfortable bed, new linen, a refrigerator-beast. There is no kettle, but there is a cooler on the floor (I did not use it).
The breakfasts are not bad, but monotonous. I was pleased with the delicious pancakes - I ate enough!
Shoals:
- the TV setup was so clever that it took two days to figure it out. When connected, the picture freezes. In short, the TV is not working, and I so wanted to watch the news...
- there was no hot water. It was an invigorating shower, and accordingly, my head was not washed (there is a hair dryer).
- there were only mini-soap and mini-shampoo from the hygiene kit. There is no dental hygiene kit, no shower cap, no slippers.

We have been to this hotel many times before the renovation, everything was fine, after the renovation, of course, there is a huge difference. It is located in the center, near the railway station, near the shopping center, church, cathedral, town hall, Dvina Embankment, Victory Park (summer attractions), 10 minutes from the cinema and various restaurants, the most memorable "Pushkin Times", the hotel also serves good food, there are buffet breakfasts, lunches, dishes from the menu. The staff is friendly, the rooms are cleaned on request, the garbage was cleaned every day. There is an ATM at the reception downstairs. A separate plus, if the room is on the right side, then the view will be stunning on the Dvina embankment, and in the morning the bell will wake you up.

We liked the Vitebsk Hotel. We lived in it for 2 days (2 nights). Of the advantages:nice, clean room. Great view from the window. Excellent, comfortable mattresses. I was amazed by the novelty and quality of the plumbing-super! The food in the restaurant is delicious and of high quality. The breakfast buffet was not plentiful, not overloaded with pickles, but there was everything you needed. Very tasty! There were also disadvantages : The TV was not working, the audibility was strong. In the neighboring rooms, they spoke in a low voice, moaned with pleasure and it felt like we were participating in all these processes..

There is hot water in the cooler on the floor, and it is not boiling water. Card system: went out the door without a card, the door closed and that's it - take the elevator down for a new one. Wi-Fi was more than enough only in the hallway and shower, in the room itself, consider that not, it's better to come with your own. There are only political channels on TV, there is nothing about nature, science or history, there are not even cartoons, Yandex-TV does not work, because the TV does not catch WiFi (it was in my room).
There are breakfasts for an additional fee, 20p - buffet.

A wonderful hotel. Comfortable rooms, friendly and courteous staff. The hotel has a cafe and a restaurant with reasonable prices. The rooms have a toilet, shower, hairdryer, refrigerator, TV, telephone, wardrobe, comfortable beds with snow-white linen, pleasant lighting and other necessary trifles. The rooms are small, but everything you need is available. There is a cooler and an ironing room on the floors. In the lobby on each floor there are panoramic windows with wonderful views and comfortable armchairs, you can admire the sunsets every evening. Very convenient location, in the city center, there are historical sights, shopping centers and various shops nearby. We stayed at the hotel in July 2024 for two nights, but would like to stay longer (unfortunately, there was no opportunity). The impression of the hotel is very positive, I definitely recommend it.

A good hotel just after renovation, we were there twice on a business trip. We took single rooms of class B. Very clean, new furniture, good plumbing, and water pressure. The first time it was warm, the second time there were other rooms and it was cold, the air conditioner wasn't working on the heat, I couldn't figure it out, and I didn't want to bother anyone at night. In general, I liked the hotel and I would return there - freshly renovated modern rooms, I really liked the bathroom - comfortable, good water pressure, compact but not cramped, different lights in the room, the view from the window to the Dvina is gorgeous. But the view of the city is not bad either. Of the cons, the pillows are uncomfortable - high and hard, there is no shoe spoon, there is no spare toilet paper, a cockroach ran through 502. It is convenient to take breakfast, but one of the three was not good, half of the dishes were over and they were not brought until you asked, one of the 2 coffee machines did not work.

The excellent location of the hotel is in the very center, a 3-minute walk from the town hall and a 10-15-minute leisurely walk to the train station.
Nearby there are shops, cafes, restaurants, coffee shops. In 2 minutes there is a large Euroopt store, where, in addition to products, there is cooking and its own bakery.
The rooms are renovated, the bed is very comfortable, it's quiet at night.
The service is friendly.
One of the disadvantages is hot water, when it's kind of turned on, in fact it's 35 degrees. And the hotel still smells of renovation.

We have been staying at this hotel for many years. Excellent location, free Parking nearby, a little further paid. The main shops and the delicious Bulbyanaya are within walking distance. The hotel itself is a bit old, but it's not critical. The main thing is that the rooms are always clean, fresh bed linen and towels, there are no problems with hot water and an adequate price. Marina (Glushkova, but I'm not sure I remembered the last name correctly) greeted me warmly at the reception.
Without even listening to the end of the story about my personal trouble, Marinochka immediately helped me, which literally saved my trip!!!
Once again, I was convinced that the hotel staff are kind, sensitive people, ready to do a lot for others in any situation, try to get into the situation and help! It is infinitely pleasant that in our difficult time, strangers treat other people's problems in such a way and help them solve them!

We lived in the hotel twice a week in rooms of different categories: double standard and family triple. The hotel left a pleasant impression, especially in contrast to the Minsk hotels. The excellent location of the hotel, responsive and pleasant staff, reasonable prices and very decent quality. The hotel has made excellent repairs to some of the rooms and all common areas, and the elevators have been replaced. The rooms and common areas after renovation are modern, bright, stylish and comfortable, everything is thought out in the room, everything is new, everything works - you can't find fault. The bathroom is designed, comfortable and beautiful, climate control in the room, USB sockets, several lighting scenarios. However, there are rooms without such a modern design renovation, such as a family room. The family room is a cozy full-fledged apartment of 4 rooms: an entrance hall with a balcony-loggia overlooking the cathedral, bridge and theater, a bathroom, a living room with a sofa and a cozy bedroom with fresh wallpaper and curtains and modern furniture. There were nuances: the living room smelled of dried fish, the bathroom had a bathtub (not a shower. a cubicle) with black mold on the sealant, a swinging toilet bowl, a colorful curtain and very dim lighting (the lighting problem was promptly solved according to our request, as far as possible). The bathtub was adjacent to the wall adjacent to the bedroom, and above the baseboard, a small hearth of black mold appeared through the wall and wallpaper. There is no air conditioning or climate control in the room, but there was a floor fan in the bedroom. There is no telephone. There are traces of dowels on the walls. They probably dismantled something. There is a large refrigerator in the hallway. In general, the room is cozy and spacious, clean, with snow-white bed linen. It is quite suitable for overnight accommodation, but repairs are required, especially in the bathroom. There is also insufficient lighting in the living room. The breakfasts at the hotel are full and quite varied, not included in the price, but worth paying for and visiting. It is very pleasant to visit the restaurant after renovation. For breakfast there are porridges, omelets, cottage cheese casserole, fried eggs, sausages, fried bacon, fresh vegetables, vitamin salad, pancakes, cereals, cottage cheese, sweets, tea/coffee, juices. It is quite decent and delicious. The lunches are very affordable (about 500 Russian rubles for three), with a very modest and limited menu. It tastes very modest, it looks like eating in a school cafeteria or some state budgetary institution. But you can eat enough. It would be great to expand the assortment somewhat and improve the taste of the dishes. It's still a restaurant. Salad "Senor Tomato" of chopped tomatoes with garlic and mayonnaise and boiled watery pasta, as well as soup "Grout" - this is perhaps too ascetic.

It is simply missing:if one of the neighbors decides to talk (even softly), it will be heard as if they are talking in your own room. In addition, teams of child athletes often stay at the hotel, which, of course, is not a tragedy in itself, but in the evening you will not be able to relax in silence-there will be trampling and noise until 11 o'clock.

Breakfast is not included in the room rate. A separate price of 20 rubles. Breakfast is buffet style. It is quite decent and there is a choice .
The hotel is very well located. Near the embankment of the Western Dvina, the historical center of the city, the amphitheater of the Slavyansky Bazaar.

The hotel has an excellent location, located in the heart of Vitebsk. A good view from the windows of the city center and the bend of the Western Dvina River. All the main sights of the city are nearby.

A wonderful hotel in the city center, the hotel has been transformed after renovation. There are excellent elevators, the rooms have become more modern, and the showers have been transformed. As always, it's cozy, close to everything!

The hotel as a whole is not bad, the rooms are clean and well maintained, but you can see from the furniture that it is not very expensive. The biggest disadvantage of this hotel is the breakfasts, the choice is meager and the food is cold, although we arrived for breakfast at 10:00. In general, I recommend this place, as it is located in the city center and everything is within walking distance. The price was pleasantly surprised.

Посетили отель после реконструкции.В номере тепло,всё отремонтировано.Это все из позитивного. Шумоизоляции как не было,так и нет никакой совсем,соседи как будто в одном с тобой номере сидят.Завтрак лучше не берите-всё холодное,масло в каше не смогло растаять,яичница тоже ледяная.Ассортимент совсем "не шведский стол". Из напитков-компот и питьевая вода в кувшине!!!Когда было 3 варианта завтраков,было гораздо сытнее и разнообразнее. 20 бел.руб. это оочень завышенная цена за завтрак на одного. Ну и вишенка-бунус от персонала.В 23-15 началась полная уборка смежного номера,с пылесосом,выносом мусора в коридор и т.п. При этом цена номера выросла более,чем в 2 раза после открытия.
