This is a great hotel. The best location, in the very center. Renovated according to the latest standards. Everything is state-of-the-art. New elevators. New design of halls and rooms. The impression of a five-star hotel. The restaurant is cozy, delicious and not expensive. The breakfasts are hearty and with a varied menu. They're great. The rudeness and lack of attentiveness of the officials in the restaurant spoils a little. Of the two coffee machines, only one is working, and there is always a queue. Complaints about a lack of dishes or food are answered rudely, without apologies. If you change the staff, you can get 4 stars.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. The very center of the city, 5 minutes to the main attractions, its own large Parking lot. Overall, everything is fine, the reality has exceeded expectations. We lived on the top 12th floor in a studio room with panoramic windows and the coolest view of the city. There is a fire on the upper floors. The room was as clean as possible and super new, as if it had just been renovated (apparently the entire hotel had been renovated not so long ago). The room has a kitchenette with a microwave, a double bed, a small sofa, a modern climate system, underfloor heating, and a bathroom with a shower cabin, all as usual. And clean, clean, clean. Breakfast for a fee of 20 rubles bel, buffet is the most common breakfast as breakfast. The impressions of a short stay at the hotel are as pleasant as possible.

The hotel is completely renovated, the rooms are gorgeous, but there are nuances that I think are nonsense for the hotel and not convenience for the guests! First of all, there are no slippers in the hotel, if you are on a business trip and you are traveling without anything, then they say you are not supposed to, but they did not offer us money. At least on request, it would be good if there were kits, a hat, slippers, a brush with paste, maybe even a disposable razor, even if for money. The second disadvantage is that there is not enough water pressure to reach the upper floors, everything was normal at 8, at 12 the water was barely flowing and, accordingly, it was difficult to mix the temperature. A man was having a row in our next room, but they never moved him, most likely the hotel was full. As it is, the hotel is excellent, the staff is polite, and Vitebsk is a special city.

We have been to this hotel many times before the renovation, everything was fine, after the renovation, of course, there is a huge difference. It is located in the center, near the railway station, near the shopping center, church, cathedral, town hall, Dvina Embankment, Victory Park (summer attractions), 10 minutes from the cinema and various restaurants, the most memorable "Pushkin Times", the hotel also serves good food, there are buffet breakfasts, lunches, dishes from the menu. The staff is friendly, the rooms are cleaned on request, the garbage was cleaned every day. There is an ATM at the reception downstairs. A separate plus, if the room is on the right side, then the view will be stunning on the Dvina embankment, and in the morning the bell will wake you up.

There is no kettle, but there is a cooler with hot water on the floor, although it is not convenient to carry water since the hall is closed with dense doors and they are difficult to open when you have 2 mugs with boiling water in your hands. The roommates returned from an evening excursion to their room at 9:30 p.m.
At that time, we were already asleep in our room after a long journey and the need to get up early, but we were forced to wake up due to the usual conversation of the neighbors and the embarrassment that the neighbors were walking around our room. Every word of their conversation could be heard.
In addition, the neighbors had a technical problem with closing the window sash in their room. The slamming and banging on the window in the next room felt like they were trying to board up the window directly above me. And this mockery lasted for about 10 minutes, and for a sleeping person it was a real torture that lasted forever.
Then the neighbors went to wash. Again, the feeling that the water is pouring in your bathroom. The neighbor's phone conversation was heard verbatim, as if she was sitting directly next to the head of my bed, and not at all in the next room. Until the neighbor called all her 15 relatives and told them in detail what they had seen and heard on the tour, our noise torture continued.
In general, I did not manage to get enough sleep.
For a buffet-style breakfast, you should come to the very opening of the cafe, since 30 minutes after the start of breakfast, the common table is empty and you can stay hungry.
Our stay took place in mid-September 2024, I am writing a review in November 2024 (1.5 months later). But the emotions of the noise torture are still fresh in my memory...

The dishes are dirty, the food is piled up (pancakes with meat mixed with casserole and something else, and it's all cold!!!) the casserole itself is dry (how can you spoil the food like that) and how can you put meat products with cottage cheese (there are people who do not eat meat)!!! We were in a hurry to make the change. Finishing work has not been completed on the floors inside. The room has new furniture, a comfortable bed, new linen, a refrigerator-beast. There is no kettle, but there is a cooler on the floor (I did not use it).
The breakfasts are not bad, but monotonous. I was pleased with the delicious pancakes - I ate enough!
Shoals:
- the TV setup was so clever that it took two days to figure it out. When connected, the picture freezes. In short, the TV is not working, and I so wanted to watch the news...
- there was no hot water. It was an invigorating shower, and accordingly, my head was not washed (there is a hair dryer).

But the view of the city is not bad either. Of the cons, the pillows are uncomfortable - high and hard, there is no shoe spoon, there is no spare toilet paper, a cockroach ran through 502. It is convenient to take breakfast, but one of the three was not good, half of the dishes were over and they were not brought until you asked, one of the 2 coffee machines did not work.

The excellent location of the hotel is in the very center, a 3-minute walk from the town hall and a 10-15-minute leisurely walk to the train station.

The rooms are renovated, the bed is very comfortable, it's quiet at night.
The service is friendly.
One of the disadvantages is hot water, when it's kind of turned on, in fact it's 35 degrees. And the hotel still smells of renovation.

There is hot water in the cooler on the floor, and it is not boiling water. Card system: went out the door without a card, the door closed and that's it - take the elevator down for a new one. Wi-Fi was more than enough only in the hallway and shower, in the room itself, consider that not, it's better to come with your own. There are only political channels on TV, there is nothing about nature, science or history, there are not even cartoons, Yandex-TV does not work, because the TV does not catch WiFi (it was in my room).
There are breakfasts for an additional fee, 20p - buffet.

Nice room. Everything is new. A comfortable mattress. A comfortable shower room- my husband and I are big)) - it was convenient for us. Beautiful views from the top floors. In the very center- everything is nearby! Parking space. A great guest for the money! This is the only place we'll stop now.

We have been staying at this hotel for many years. Excellent location, free Parking nearby, a little further paid. The main shops and the delicious Bulbyanaya are within walking distance. The hotel itself is a bit old, but it's not critical. The main thing is that the rooms are always clean, fresh bed linen and towels, there are no problems with hot water and an adequate price. I recommend it for a visit!!!

Yesterday, 13.01.23. I went to Vitebsk for a day and my trip, in its midst, was overshadowed by the sniffs of my smartphone...
I needed some help and the first thing that came to mind was to stop by my favorite hotel!
Marina (Glushkova, but I'm not sure I remembered the last name correctly) greeted me warmly at the reception.
Without even listening to the end of the story about my personal trouble, Marinochka immediately helped me, which literally saved my trip!!!
Once again, I was convinced that the hotel staff are kind, sensitive people, ready to do a lot for others in any situation, try to get into the situation and help! It is infinitely pleasant that in our difficult time, strangers treat other people's problems in such a way and help them solve them!

The room is modernly renovated. Clean and tidy. There is a refrigerator in the room. The view of the city from the 10th floor is gorgeous.
Breakfast is paid extra. It costs 20p per person. A very meager assortment.
