I would like to especially mention the travel agent Anastasia Kruglova. I came to the agency having already chosen the hotel on my own, so Anastasia only had to sign a contract, I paid most of it in cash, offered the rest by card, to which Anastasia offered to remove the missing from the card and bring it the next day before lunch. The next day, I spent my lunch break to go cash out the money, come to the agency and sit my lunch break listening to Anastasia discuss with her friend the academic performance and interests of the little daughter of a friend who was sitting there) as a result, I was left without lunch, and did not give the money. That's the service, guys!) God forbid from such travel agents...

There is no worse service in principle in Vitebsk
Not only is the manager rude, not competent, she is not familiar with the word customer orientation at all, she also stated that her consultation costs 150 rubles

It's all negative. This is not a place where your interests are taken into account. We are not ready to waste our time on you. They impose only their own, do not listen to the client, they freak out and get nervous when you ask more questions. The conveyor belt and they don't care about your vacation. They don't want to do anything, to get in trouble once again.
As a result, I applied to another company, in which the manager was not too lazy to work and earn money.I do not recommend it!
