We were in a cafe at the hotel.. a quiet horror.. The transgender bartender does not know his job, does not know how to count, made the wrong tea, gave the wrong cakes, and when asked to change them, he said there was no refund, because they were cheaper than the one ordered. The disgrace of Vitebsk, not hello, not to see. I give 1 star only for reasonable prices. I ask the management not to let such people work with people, and not to spoil the impression of Vitebsk..

We were in the cafe, which is located to the left of the hotel. Beautiful renovation, a small selection of desserts, but quite enough. Delicious coffee, pleasant prices for desserts. She's not a very friendly barista, maybe tired at the end of the day, but she's the face of the place. I was sitting on a chair, watching tiktoks that screamed louder than the music in the background. They didn't offer sugar, they just gave me coffee, but that's okay. There are glasses of water on the table, which is nice, but since the barista doesn't really want to work, no one updates them after use. You need to look carefully, whether you've already drunk from it or not. We were unlucky, we found traces of women's lipstick. In general, it's a good place for coffee gatherings, but the barista clearly needs to be motivated to work somehow.
