I visited the clinic with my father as an escort. It was necessary to urgently get to the surgeon for further referral to the hospital. The question was about knee surgery. Accordingly, my father was on crutches, in a cast, and I had to wait in line for 1.5 hours to hear "wait", because we were without a ticket and we were never accepted. After the appointment, surgeon Poluyan went to his office (he is also the head), ignoring his father. After being asked if he would accept it or not, he said that he was "busy and wait." We came to the appointment on Monday, my father's fracture happened over the weekend, so we couldn't make an appointment in advance. So you get a ticket and wait two weeks with a broken knee. I absolutely did not like the disregard of doctors.
On the plus side, the clinic is new, relatively well renovated, and there are elevators.
On the downside, the system itself is for making appointments with doctors, where there is no way to get to a visit at the time of arrival at the clinic for urgent treatment.

I was rejected because it hadn't been another year since the fluorography I had done earlier. According to an employee of the X-ray room... "The way you want to do fluorography whenever you feel like it, like it used to be... so "the shop is already closed." Then I went to the toll booth to get a fluorography done for a fee. After the payment, they performed a fluorography without saying, "the shop is already closed." Is that the question???? Why do we need such free medicine??? It turns out that you can do fluorography once a year for free, and for a fee - at least every day, regardless of what complaints we have.
