The guys did well very patiently and always answered politely, although I called often, several times a day, until the day was agreed upon. I've never even heard a note of irritation. And then it turned out that the land service had made a mistake at the time: our bathhouse is located 100m from the house, and on the plan it is located in the corner of the 0.025 ha plot. The plot is shared. The first application for the elimination of a technical error was written by us in August 2022. How many times we had to rewrite the application - we have already lost count. The land service- the village Council -a bundle of documents for Vitebsk city, the carousel repeats itself, it seems, endlessly. No one can tell you how to properly process the documents, they only know that it is wrong and they are regularly returned back. The mockery of people is complete!

Девушка из приемной - умничка! Спасибо ей за помощь. В остальном - звонил пол дня - трубку не брали. Приехал - сказали звонить с проходной - трубку не брали. Нужна была консультация. Получил негативный опыт взаимодействия.

Контора ужас, по договору 55 рабочих дней срок исполнения заказа а это три месяца , заплоти и жди , это зажрались ребята нет альтернативы в жизни к вам не обратился бы , нет на вас управы. Добавляю месяц декабрь16.01.22 заключили договор20.10.11 прошло 62 рабочих дня , жду что будет дальше интересно что ещё придумают. :) дополнение 28.01.22 лёд двинулся :) к самим исполнителям претензий нет только положительные впечатления специалисты высокого уровня .

Издевательская шарага. Принцип работы такой:общаются исключительно письмами,деньги плати вперед, а мы 4-5мес будем тянуть потом под всевозможными предлогами.А если время исполнения выходит, всегда можно повернуть по второму кругу.
Не нравится?Терпение лопнуло?
Открывай р/с, деньги вернём, не проблема))
Дополнено:Январь 2022, деньги вернули почтовым переводом. Ну хоть на этом спасибо. Жалко только времени вашего, впустую потраченного.

Резко негативное ощущение от работы с ними. Всё выполняется жутко медленно, сотрудники нормально разговаривать не умеют.
