Convenient location- next to the Vitebsk hotel. A good range of shops and goods. Only at the beginning of 2025 did the Eliz store fail in terms of the availability of men's shirts of the right size, there were much more in Polotsk. In general, I recommend it.

After the renovation, it ceased to be a department store in the classical sense, as it used to be.Now it's just a set of individual shops with a rather poor assortment and high prices.The interest in visiting is almost lost.
