I went on the route St. Petersburg-Mogilev on 14.07 at 19:30 from Moscow. The website indicated another transport company and that there would be a large bus with air conditioning and comfort. The trip absolutely did not meet the stated conditions. A shabby little minibus arrived, an old Mercedes with springs sticking out of the seats, there is no legroom at all, garbage is lying around that has not been cleaned from the last trip, there is no air conditioning and air, as the windows do not open. It was hell in the heat, and my 71-year-old grandmother was traveling with me, and she was sick of this filthiness. The website stated that there would be a large bus with all the basic amenities, but in fact some kind of smelly minibus arrived. Everything was happening in a rush, when I arrived at the departure point, there were already people sitting there. And the crowd of new arrivals rushed to take their seats, as we set off at the same moment. How can people be transported over such long distances in such terrible conditions? There was a drunk passenger in the cabin, who breathed alcohol all the way and prevented other passengers from existing, but the driver did not take any measures. As a result, they brought us to Mogilev not to the bus station, as stated, but to the railway station, they also shouted simply "Mogilev", opened the doors and then think for yourself whether you need to get out now or not, since other people are already entering your forehead, again you run out in the fuss. Such a trip should cost 500₽, not 3000. If you are discouraged from riding in such conditions, then buy tickets. But for the same money, you can travel by regular bus, a comfortable bus with a place for your feet and a toilet inside.

The terrible carrier on the day of departure changed the location from the city center to the outskirts, and the time from 21.00 to 19.00

A disgusting carrier. The route from St. Petersburg to Minsk. There is NO declared AIR CONDITIONER (the heat is + 30, there is nothing to breathe) when asked about the air conditioner, the driver pointed to the hatch, which also cannot be opened, since it blows very much to the passengers sitting under it. They are allowed to book seats for those who sit only closer to the end of the route, and when asked to transfer to reserved seats closer to the driver, who are traveling at least with the window open, they dissatisfied agreed as an exception. You can't charge the devices, only the USB driver. Wi-Fi is not catching. There is little space, it is also problematic to leave bags inside the cabin. Given all these nuances, it is unclear what causes such a level of long-distance transportation, the price, as for a comfortable bus, for lack of seats, we have to order here, but the conditions are a nightmare.
