This afternoon I visited the Velsky Les store on Tereshkova 17. I still can't get over the shock and stress. I wanted to choose a floor board.In a commanding voice, a saleswoman with black hair told me that the board was not being selected, i.e., what they would bring me could be viewed and you want to take it, you want not. I asked the loader guys to pick up something better (the quality of the grade is almost like it's Mort C), to which this seller yelled that they (the movers) obey her and will do what she tells them. I reminded her that we were in a store and that I was a customer and the boards cost a lot of money and that I didn't need a board with cracks all the way to the end. But this "seller " does not understand at all what it means to work with a customer and with people in general. And the movers are young guys, cultured and adequate people.
