What can I say, the price-quality ratio does not hold up, To be honest - the staff disappointed, they did not feel sincere, and when they left they held us for another 15 minutes, proving that we took chocolates from the minibar, although I am allergic to them, and my husband does not eat. In the end, we left, but it was unpleasant, like thieves. As for me, the prices can be lowered a little

Overall, I liked the room. Meeting guests and the work of a young receptionist (apparently) an intern is a FAT FAILURE. The price tag in the average price range is 1299 UAH for two people per night. The rating is two stars and not MICHELIN, of course....
