The phone screen is broken. They did something stupid, turned to a private master. I installed a defective screen that worked for 2 days, of course, no guarantee. We came to the VIVO service center. The master of Asanas examined the phone, explained everything in detail and changed the screen to the original one. I didn't even have to leave my phone at the service center, I did everything very quickly. They issued a check, which also has a 3-month warranty! I'm thrilled! I recommend this service center and personally the master of Asana (I apologize if I did not spell the name correctly).
