компания испортилась, необоснованно завышают цены на обслуживание, при поломка заставляют приобретать оборудование, вопрос, за что тогда платим?

НОЛЬ звёзд !!!! Оплатили подключение +годовое обслуживание 80₽/месяц . В договоре стоит печать ИП которого закрыто давным -давно !!! Прошло три нелели , домофон по прежнему не работает !!! На телефон отвечает грубо , проблемы не решают . Они заняты , очень . Мастер едет с Кемерово , будет через нелелю /на след.недели / завтра и бесконечно .
