We bought two tickets in the direction of Bobruisk-Moscow on 07/01/2025 at 19:30. According to the scheme of the website, our seats number 41,42 were shown as on the left near the end of the bus, in fact they turned out to be at the very end on the right, it turns out interesting. The woman who ordered the last 4 seats on the bus ended up at the beginning of the bus, and there are also questions about seating arrangements. The bus is in a disgusting state, the plastic is painted on the stands, the glass looks like it hasn't been washed for a couple of months. On other trips along the same route, the buses were clean, of a newer generation, with washed windows and the like. The driver responded negatively to the replacement of seats, pointing out that there were no empty seats. Please take action. I am attaching a photo.

Hello, I rarely write reviews, but here I decided. Dear visit tour, what is going on with you that the service has deteriorated so much? Literally 2-3 years ago, it was great - all the drivers in white shirts, greeting on the microphone, telling how the trip would go and which stops - it was just pleasing to the eye. And now? We're leaving Bobruisk, the drivers are beautiful - They're leaving Moscow like bums. Well, that's okay, why so much rudeness?! I was driving in July and noticed that the driver was very tired, driving slowly and almost falling asleep -we arrived in Bobruisk late. Yesterday, bus number 0311 struck with its rudeness, and any harmless questions were answered in raised tones with aggression. Believe me, everyone knows how to yell. It's not pleasant. You've shown how you can work at the highest level, don 't go down 🤷♀️

I live in St. Petersburg. We need to go to Bobruisk. There is no direct train. I was very afraid to take the bus. It's even worse with transplants, and I'm over 70 years old. The quality of service is disgusting! Buses are 3 hours late, drivers do not answer questions, there is no Wi-Fi, which is listed on the website, there is only one charging outlet for 2 seats, buses are not suitable for long-distance trips, the distances between the seats are small, if you put the chair back, then directly on the lap of the passenger who is behind you. I've been traveling from Moscow to Minsk for 20 years, but there was no such thing. However, it is not possible to leave a review on the website if you bought a ticket through an agent.

I would like to thank the driver of the Gomel - Cologne / Cologne - Gomel flight (short, with blond hair, presumably of retirement age) for his kindness and caring attitude towards passengers — I think many regular travelers will recognize him by his description. At the same time, I would like to draw attention to a serious problem: this is not the first time that we have been asked to transfer to another bus on the route to Minsk (about 120 km). The registered bus does not meet the stated comfort level — there is no Wi-Fi, sockets, toilet and air conditioning. This raises questions about the transparency and fairness of pricing. It is also worth paying special attention to the uniform of the staff and the manner of communication with passengers — responses in a raised tone leave a negative impression and do not meet the standards of customer service. I recommend considering the possibility of teaching drivers basic phrases in a foreign language. Communicating with foreign passengers solely through gestures and physical signals (such as shoulder bumps) does not meet international transportation standards.

On July 19, my wife and child left Bobruisk for Moscow, the departure was at 19:30 , at 23:30 the bus broke down near Mogilev, with grief we reached the gas station in half, where the drivers tried to fix it, without success, they said wait for another bus, and now the most interesting thing, the bus broke down at 23:30 , and the other one arrived only at 4:40 a.m. they are still traveling , just a disgusting company.

The services of this carrier were used repeatedly, everything was fine, but! The last trip was completely disappointing. 08/18/2024 We were on a flight from Moscow to Minsk. Departure from the stationNovoyasenevskaya at 22:00. After this trip, we came down with a fever and became very ill. I think this happened to many passengers. The air conditioning was working on the bus and it was very cold, not just cool, but very. When passengers repeatedly asked drivers to reduce the cooling slightly, they replied that this is how the system works and they can't change anything. Take a blanket, that was their answer. As a result, my vacation is ruined, I'm sick and bedridden! The second nuance, for the entire trip, 2 (two) sanitary stops!!!! And those were on the territory of the Russian Federation. There were no stops in Belarus! Shameless ! Also, drivers are engaged in arbitrariness. Some of their friends were seated in the official seats, at the same time, the landing was made after the dispatcher confirmed the registration of passengers and it was already outside the bus station. In short, just a terrible trip and disrespectful attitude of the drivers! Who will be responsible for such actions?

The horror! Do not spoil your vacation and do not take risks-do not contact the Visitur company! We just had to take the St. Petersburg-Minsk route, but this company could not cope with this impossible task. We bought seats in advance because it was important for us to sit together (a romantic trip) and in the first half of the bus because it makes us feel sick and can lead to vomiting. But he only gets motion sickness in cars and minibuses, and we took seats on a big bus with a toilet, so we didn't worry. As a result, a minibus arrives, we were very surprised. It turned out that we have separate places. None of the people were thrilled, but everyone rode in pairs, no one wanted to change. But this is still normal, but what was put in the very end is the worst thing that could have been done. There were no opportunities to choose seats-everything was distributed on a piece of paper and was not discussed, the drivers were unfriendly and did not even formally express any regrets. Yes, the road is bad in places, but we were traveling in that direction by a large bus of the Russian carrier and this is heaven and earth, there are more places, the bus is more stable, we drove and slept. I couldn't close my eyes back for a minute-the minibus was staggering so much that it felt like we were flying to the side of the road, bumping into a neighbor through the aisle, bouncing up and down at every pit, it was just incredible that I had to buckle up. It felt like the company's employees weren't just taking us home-they were kicking us all these hours, I hadn't felt so physically ill in a long time. These are, of course, the features of the very rear seats, but the Visit Tour company did not let us take care of ourselves, because our earlier booking and choice of seats meant nothing. And that sound of a jar of nails in every pit! We mostly stopped at gas stations for the toilet, which is normal, but dirty bio toilets in the middle of the garbage curb are a fear, you realize that you don't really want to go to the toilet and you will endure until refueling. And after all, all this could have been avoided by simply informing us that the transport had changed in advance! At least in a couple of hours! But the Business Card company doesn't care about your plans and wishes. We visited a beautiful city and gained energy and impressions, but this return trip in just one night very skillfully ruined everything, leaving a couple of bruises as a souvenir. I'm really upset, the impression is ruined. If your physical and moral comfort is important to you, don't take any chances, don't contact this company!

We use services that used to be offered coffee/tea, now there is no such thing.It is not clear why they take the phone number, and give their own, they called back when they were late 10 minutes before departure, no one picked up the phone and did not call themselves in the absence of a passenger at departure. People may have force majeure (this is when we go to Russia). We often go on excursions around the Republic of Belarus with this company. The staff is all professionals in their field.

Good day! I would like to write a few words about the service and the trip through the Business Card company. I was traveling on March 13, 2024 in the morning at 9:05 a.m. from Bobruisk, the flight was Gomel-Cologne in my opinion, but for me it is Bobruisk-Cologne. Visually, the bus looked fine (clean) both from the outside and inside, the smell is normal and that it is very good to carry a fairly large amount of luggage with you is a huge plus!👍🏻 For the rest of the conditions, nothing special: The toilet did not work, there was no coffee or tea, there was one outlet for two places (but this is in principle enough) and the most important thing was that Wi-Fi was only up to Germany and it was no longer there until the end of the journey. For me personally, this is a minus and a big one, because it was not written anywhere. As for the stops, everything is fine on the territory of the Republic of Belarus, there are enough stops in Poland and Germany, yes, they are fast, but there is no other way. The path is still not small. The border is a lottery and on this day we were most likely lucky to stand a little for only 4 hours and 20-30 minutes plus. As for the drivers, they drive well, without accidents and emergencies, this is perhaps a plus. With regard to their professional ethics, this is anyone's business, I'm not an expert in this field, but personally I have a normal attitude. No one was rude to anyone, except that sometimes there were overly clear instructions at the stops to move faster towards the bus, but again it all depends on the specific person and the situation. The only big disadvantage for me upon arrival at my destination and subsequent inspection of my luggage, it turned out that my suitcase and 70 percent of my things were slightly doused or soaked with some kind of oily pink liquid. It was lucky that I discovered this immediately upon arrival and fixed the problem. But my impression of the trip, taking into account fatigue and other moments, as you have already understood, has changed for the worse. So, I want to draw the attention of the management or specifically the drivers to the elimination of such problems. Since in the future this nuance can cause a lot of negative reviews. To summarize: Positive: The schedule has been met Accident-free, safe Amount of luggage👍🏻 Minuses: Weak, but at least some kind of service (outlet, Wi-Fi to Germany) A suitcase and things wet from some kind of oil! They do not let their buses to the Krasnodar Territory, but use hired ones, and rent such buckets on wheels, which is just terrible (apparently they are good and cost well). And now in more detail: I bought a ticket for a Visit tour to Anapa and went there on 13.06 and was very surprised that we went there by bus from Olan tour, with a friend of mine from the last guide (that year I went with her on the same bus) Olan tour buses are good, with all working options, cleanliness in the cabin, etc. we got there well. And now about the way back) We left on 06/25/24 and a real punishment came for us, I'm not afraid for this word!!! An old neoplan bus, 1994, where nothing worked, people were sweating during the day, and in the evening they all froze, the girl who was sitting near the door was very blown out. Some of the seats did not work out, the armrest did not work for me personally, there is no suspension, the shaking is such a horror) and most importantly, we went to pick up tourists from all over the world, along the entire coast of the Sea of Azov, although immediately after Anapa-Vityazevo we had to go to the Don M4 Highway because of this, the road back was much longer. The bus was in the 1st region and the final stop was Baranovichi, probably the tour company contacted by the Visit tour from there. In short, if you compare Olan and Visit Tours, of course the choice of the first (well, at least to the Krasnodar Territory) I give two stars for getting there!)))

I was traveling from Moscow to Minsk from July 18 to 19, 2024. At the penultimate stop in Borisov, she went to the toilet, was absent for a maximum of 7 minutes, and the bus was gone. I'm shocked!!! How is that??? That is, the drivers (and in particular the "Visit Tour") are not responsible for passengers at all??? None of the phones listed on the ticket were answered ("all operators are busy, stay on the line"). I had to get on my own on another bus. BUT... it was arriving at another place! It's good that they met me, at least they took my things. And one more THING: you never know who takes my things, they quietly gave it away! To the brother's question, "how did you leave the woman/forget?" The answer was: "there was no stop, whoever did not make it was late." Conclusion: I WILL NOT ADVISE ANYONE. TERRIBLE ATTITUDE TOWARDS PASSENGERS.

The company's dispatcher contacted me at 19:05 to inform me that my bus had already left without me, instead of contacting me 5 minutes earlier to clarify whether I would be there or not, although at 19:00 I was already at the bus station and went through the "frame" and passport control. By the way, at the "frame" the bus station workers radioed that a passenger of this flight had arrived and informed me that the bus was waiting for me. Of course, I understand that my problems are just my problems, and in general, no one could have dialed me at all. The seat on the bus had already been paid in advance. But, probably, there is such a thing as customer orientation. At least in other companies, they are recruited the day before departure, and on the day, and if the passenger is late. This is probably one of the factors that helps some companies build long-term relationships with customers, and you want to contact them again, but not others. During the call, the dispatcher showed no interest in solving the problem, but only notified that the bus had already left. Therefore, the purpose of this call is still unclear to me. When asked why they hadn't dialed earlier, the dispatcher asked me a counter question (a strange approach to answering questions, of course). I replied that it was not very convenient to drip on the phone and make calls while running with a heavy bag, but nevertheless I tried to do it. However, there was a non-working call button on their website. As I realized later, it was a button for communicating via Viber, which is blocked in the Russian Federation, but instead of the Viber icon, the handset icon is placed, which confused me. After explaining to the dispatcher that I hadn't called myself, I decided to get an answer to my similar question. To which I received the answer that it doesn't matter at the moment, because the bus has already left and nothing can be changed now. Bravo! Excellent answer. Not to answer my question. By the way, you could have changed something if you had typed 5 minutes earlier. Further, due to the lack of interest of the dispatcher, I began to propose solutions to the problem on my own. Of course, no one picked me up from the same bus, although it turns out that the bus was only 5 minutes away from me. The offer to "pick me up" at any other stop in St. Petersburg along the route of the bus was also refused. Justification: This is a regular bus with pre-determined stops, arrival and departure times from them. As a result, I took another bus to Vitebsk, which was supposed to be in Vitebsk 20 minutes earlier than the bus that left without me. In view of this, I asked the dispatcher to pick me up in Vitebsk. I was given the driver's license plate and told that there was a whatsapp on this number. The number was unavailable, probably because it was Belarusian, and we were still in the Russian Federation at that time. The WhatsApp message is still unread. After crossing the border, 40 minutes before the entrance to Vitebsk, I dialed the driver again. The number was already available. The driver first informed me that they would not enter Vitebsk because there were no passengers to leave. I didn't really understand how this correlated with the fact that I had previously been told that this was a regular bus with pre-known stops and arrival/departure times, and this stop was announced on the flight. When I informed them that they had a passenger at the entrance in Vitebsk, the driver replied that they were approaching Mogilev soon. And then I did not understand the second time: first the driver said that they would not enter Vitebsk, and then he said that they were approaching Mogilev soon. It was about 4 a.m. and about an hour before the scheduled departure of this bus from Vitebsk. According to the schedule, arrival in Mogilev should be around 7 a.m. Well, well. It's more like I just didn't give up on the driver with my calls. In general, after talking with the dispatcher, I already realized that I had not surrendered to anyone there at all, not just the driver)

But the scariest thing in these situations is that people after 22.00 remain with their problem one-on-one .Like the working day is over, Astol does not care, But people are sitting and waiting for what will happen next whether they will come for them or not.. I would like to mention the dispatchers in Moscow who are trying to find out at least some information and calm people down. I feel sorry for the drivers, they are also good fellows, they always try to do what is in their competence to the last. I have a question for the management is it really impossible to release a technically serviceable car, is it really impossible to rent a bus for force majeure situations..is it really impossible to pay people's salaries and leave one dispatcher per night?.

When we had a little time left, namely from Bryansk, our supervisor from another bus Olan-tour at the gas station took us to her bus. I consider this a huge disadvantage and disregard for people (at least check the condition of the seats)

We returned from this bus tour to Georgia today with a slight unpleasant feeling from the bus crew. Karina, the guide, tired of her work, with the only desire to be at home as soon as possible, allocated 15-20 minutes for sanitary stops, hot food stops and photo breaks in historical picturesque places. During these minutes, 46 passengers have to get off the bus through a single door, queue for the toilet, queue in the dining room, eat (or explore the ancient fortress). When we were 7 minutes late for the bus, Karina, the guide, created a nervous atmosphere among the passengers and provoked bullying in our direction, although she saw perfectly well that our family, due to their location on the bus, was the last to get off the bus, taking the last seats in the toilet and dining room. On the bus, before each stop, we listened to a parting message about mutual respect and punctuality, although timing is physically impossible and there can be no question of any disrespect. They occasionally listened to taunts that those who missed the bus would take a taxi. The trip back was overshadowed by such conditions, unfair statements and Karina's disrespectful attitude towards the interests of tourists who paid for the tour with guided tours, for the sake of their personal interests. I consider such work to be extremely unprofessional, requiring a review of the choice of work.

I did not even imagine, when buying bus tickets for this company, that the trip could turn into a nightmare. The buses are old, you can't use the toilet, because it was said that they are not serviced in winter, but they also do not work in summer, only some passengers were able to charge the phone, the rest did not work due to breakdowns, my husband and I did not have folding tables. In addition, I was surprised by the rudeness of the drivers on the Minsk-Prague flight, one of them did not hesitate to smoke while driving, although they often make sanitary stops, but how much time it takes. It is difficult to understand how the ticket price is formed at this tour operator, the difference with Ecoline is not big, but they provide all services (toilet, video, coffee machine), but this is not the case here.

I want to share my impressions of the trip on 30.06.2025 on the Berlin-Minsk route. Due to the significant delay at the border, we were warned that departure was postponed for a day and would be carried out at the same time the next day. Just in case, a couple of hours before departure, we called and asked if anything had changed, we were assured that the bus would be on time. We arrived about 20 minutes before the scheduled time, but neither after 20, nor after 30, nor after an hour the bus did not appear. I wrote a message to the Call center and as if nothing had happened, they informed me that the bus was 2 hours late, I couldn't count on apologies. In Berlin, the bus does not come to the train station, but simply to a parking lot on the outskirts of the city, where there is no waiting room or kiosk where you can at least buy water, or even an elementary bench, you had to spend the entire waiting time on your feet. After talking to other people waiting, it turned out that our situation was not the worst yet. Some of the passengers on the Visit Tour simply forgot to warn that the flight was postponed for a day and people who traveled to Berlin from other cities simply stayed outside for a day. Finally, 2.5 hours later (at 11.50 pm), the bus arrived. The polite and friendly driver ordered: okay! We give you passports! After waiting so long, we were grateful that we weren't bitten at least! But the driver started taking passports, checking the data and telling people their places, which were very different from those booked in advance. To the indignation of the passengers, he said: "bus replacement! If you don't like it, you don't have to go!" The bus was packed to capacity! They didn't even open the luggage compartment for us, they started shoving our things into the toilet, and those that didn't fit were simply thrown onto the steps of the rear exit, which is also an emergency exit, thereby depriving passengers of the opportunity to use it in an emergency! The bus left Berlin very crowded! Bags were everywhere: on the shelves, under the seats, there was practically nowhere to put your feet, and the trip, taking into account the border, took almost 2 days! It goes without saying that when loading luggage in this way, the handle in my travel bag turned out to be torn off and no one was interested in how I would carry it if I also had a suitcase. After talking to the passengers in the cabin, I found out that it turns out that the drivers took payment for extra baggage when boarding and there were a lot more people in the cabin than planned for this flight, it immediately became clear why the bus looked like a jar of sprats. But I booked a ticket in advance and with a choice of seat, and I did not plan to travel for a very small amount, like in a crowded freight car! I concluded for myself: I'd rather walk than ever use the services of this company again!
