There are no words, only emotions! Tickets for the same seats are sold an infinite number of times and you have to face trials about who is sitting where. The crew ignores the sanitary stops throughout THE TRIP! If you want to go to the toilet, this is a purely passenger's problem. You share the journey at 13 o'clock with a teenage excursion and the "charm" of puberty becomes too concentrated. And it is quite doubtful that the children are traveling in the company of passengers who are not related to their tour. Little things like greeting/ introducing the crew and announcing stops are omitted, and it is impossible to find the route and schedule on the website. Wi-Fi does not work, there is no toilet inside the bus, the air conditioner did not turn on. Also, at incomprehensible stops, additional passengers get on through the driver's side door and exit at stops on demand. At the same time, passengers are not allowed to leave at such stops. One of the worst trips in years of travel experience. An extremely dubious and unscrupulous carrier!

I was traveling with a child from Bobruisk to Moscow and it was terrible!!! The heating of the bus did not work initially, the drivers promised to repair everything, no miracle happened, the bus was not replaced. It was as cold as outside. During the pandemic , people were frozen , the whole bus was coughing . I took a two-year-old child in my arms to keep warm against each other. Now, thanks to the bus ride , we are sick . They did not deign to respond to the complaint.

We took tickets to Koblevo, the Dolphin hotel (we came with a specific request), we were offered the last room🤬Of course, it was possible to fly to Turkey for the price, but you don't have to talk about the quality of the hotel (I'm talking about the location of the room itself, the area, etc.)....And so in general, the attitude, and the selection, and even the reserve "until tomorrow", everything was great...And what kind of drivers do we have?They drive fast, comfortably, and most importantly warn that "it's better to be patient here, otherwise we'll stand there for a long time."...We drove there for 18 hours (we arrived very early), and we drove back for 13 hours😍 And the bus, despite the fact that our bus was rented (FC Bobruychanka), the first impression was "what kind of trough, will we finish on it?"But as it turned out, this "trough" will still give a head start to many brand new buses....Not a single breakdown, comfortable...

Please explain to your drivers that smoking while driving on the move in the bus cabin is unacceptable! We were traveling on January 1, Bobruisk-Moscow. The driver smoked more than half of the way, until she asked me not to do it, I was already feeling unwell, although I never got seasick on the road. As a result, having reached the end point, the driver got out silently, without saying a word. We sat for a couple of minutes at a loss what to do, since it was 5 o'clock in the morning, instead of 6, at what time we were promised arrival. And then the second driver, who was resting in this direction, comes in, and, instead of just saying that we have already arrived at the final stop, starts excruciatingly telling us that they have to leave already, they can't stand here, which we say we're sitting here... We had to wait another hour in the cold metro openings. I wish you a new year of improving your service. Not only do passengers depend on you, but vice versa. If, of course, you are interested in attracting customers. We were traveling in a brand new bus, but this was the only positive thing that faded against the background of such "good" service - it was no longer the most important thing.

I took the bus of the carrier Visit Tour flight Warsaw-Minsk 18.55.Arrival in Minsk at 6.30.There were passengers in the cabin with us, citizens of Ukraine.After the interview, all citizens of Ukraine were released, except one. He was detained by border guards because he did not have a ticket and did not have money for a plane ticket to Moscow. 51 people sat on the bus for seven hours and waited for something unclear.The drivers did nothing.The toilet on the bus was closed.All 51 people left only through the back door because the drivers kept the front door permanently closed.One driver even managed to drive passengers off the grass, put everyone on asphalt so that dirt would not be allegedly applied to the cabin.Apparently, drivers have no idea how to behave with passengers.Answers through clenched teeth.Constantly, one of them lies on the 4 front seats across the aisle. The organization's support service does not provide support , refuses to connect with decision-making specialists and does not do anything. According to the schedule, the bus should arrive at 6.30 in Minsk. The bus was parked in the exit area of the border crossing, it was not arrested, passed all border control procedures and no one detained it. Drivers on their own initiative waited 7 hours for this one passenger, which does not comply with the regulatory document on passenger transportation.I also think they did it intentionally because most likely they are paid good overtime. As a result, the bus arrived in Minsk at about 20.00.The delay was almost 14 hours.I categorically do not recommend this organization P.S. In the official reply "unsubscribe" to my complaint, the Visit Tour indicated that there were three drivers in the crew and indicated their surnames!!!!!Although all the passengers saw with their eyes only two available ......That's how the Visit Tour complies with the Law "On Personal Data Protection".And also, apparently, the third driver is a "dead soul".But this is a question for the UK!!!Once again, think about it many times before dealing with this organization!!!

We traveled from Moscow to Bobruisk and back in early September. We arrived in Bobruisk 30 minutes earlier than indicated, but this is not critical, but on the way back on September 3, the bus broke down somewhere 15 km from Bobruisk. After several hours of waiting, another replacement bus arrived and we got to Moscow 4 hours later than expected. So, if Moscow were not the end point for us, but a transfer point, it would be possible to get into serious expenses due to the loss of tickets. In general, punctuality is not all right in this company.

Tickets were sold for our seats 15 and 16 once again, the drivers did not check and did not control the occupied seats, we sorted it out ourselves. The air conditioner did not work, terribly, for the entire cabin, the chairs or suspension creaked... There was only one sanitary stop for all 12 hours. Organized transportation with minors in the number of 12 people in a regular bus, accompanied by 1 adult, aroused suspicion of the legality of the tickets of these passengers. Think carefully about whether it is worth saving 1000 rubles and paying with your nerves and health.

Disgusting attitude towards passengers, the ticket was purchased almost 2 weeks before the flight on 04/25/2023. Pskov-Vitebsk at 23.40, the bus was 2 hours late, there was no communication with the driver, Yandex support did not give a clear answer and help. When the bus finally arrived, it turned out that the seats of the tickets purchased in advance were already occupied by other people, they did not want to put them on the bus, because "there are no seats"!When the passengers told the drivers that they were selling tickets to their people and taking the money for themselves (not through the Yandex travel website), they abruptly fell silent and began to fuss. with grief, they found some seats in half, somehow seated the passengers, but not in their seats according to the tickets. The service is disgusting, the drivers have a boorish attitude towards passengers. Wi-Fi did not work, there was no toilet, there were no stops (it was elementary to go out to stretch your legs), there were no warnings about being late either. Yandex chat support is also useless, they have no idea how to contact drivers, do not know phone numbers, and generally "figure it out on your own." Both the carrier and Yandex support have done a terrible job.

We were traveling from Bobruisk to Moscow on January 7, 19-30 (after a wonderful vacation in San.Lenin), tickets were ordered back in November, the bus was given a disgusting one (Chinese) 2- storey , cramped , narrow , the driver was obviously afraid to turn over - they arrived two hours later. The rest is for nothing ! We couldn't come to our senses for 2 days! Was it really impossible to give a normal bus to those who took care of the tickets in advance?!

The bus arrived late, people stood in the cold -15 for more than half an hour. So there is also a complete discrepancy in the numbering of seats on the bus scheme when buying a ticket online. You choose a place that is comfortable for yourself, since it is not a close light to go from Bobruisk to Moscow, but in fact you refuse to go where you found yourself.

A good firm...I remember before we tried to do everything for the passenger...there was concern...and now a lot has changed...Tea and coffee stopped being given when you go to Moscow....and the drivers have become rude....If it's convenient for you to get out here, they won't stop you....Bring back the old Visit Tour!!!
