I highly do not recommend this carrier for travel!! I was traveling on the Prague-Minsk route, state bus number AE 2601-6, 06/21/2023.after passing the Polish side, and waiting in line on the Belarusian side near the duty free shops for about 3 hours, when asked to go out into the air, it was rudely refused, another passenger was also refused a request to visit the duty free near which we were standing, although one of the drivers himself freely visited this store and returned with purchases. At the repeated request of passengers to go out into the fresh air to stretch their legs banally, it was also refused without explanation and the driver said, I quote, "if something does not suit you, take your things and get out!!". At the same time, I would like to note that the passengers of the 2 buses in front of us and the bus behind us moved freely through this territory. The second point, when passing the Belarusian side, the drivers simply opened the luggage compartment and everyone had to take out their suitcases themselves, which caused chaos among passengers, while 3 drivers, adult men, stood turned away and talked, not responding to requests for help, and girls and mothers with children dragged heavy suitcases. The third point is that the toilet does not work on the bus during the entire trip!! in this regard, we have to spend time on sanitary stops, which are arranged solely at the request of drivers, not passengers. There is also an a4 sheet attached to the bus, that the passengers of this bus do not apply for TAX Free, which they do not warn about when buying tickets, it feels like this is the "wish" of the drivers, not the company.

I will say this, I had to see all the beautiful places in the center of St. Petersburg through the bus window.It was supposed to be a busy program, but it turned out not to be very much.We visited places for show.We were in Kronstadt, got there for a long time, stayed a little, it was possible not to go in principle.We've wasted our time.It was beautiful in Peterhof. We went there in the morning, which is very good, because there were no people.They gave us a guide, but decided to go for a walk without him.We went into the depths of the park.It's very beautiful and peaceful there.During the time that was given to us, we walked around the entire park, took photos, admired the beauty.We wouldn't have had time to see everything with a guide.Still, I want to watch more than listen. By the way, about the guide who accompanied us on the bus.This woman.She screamed, hiccuped, confused words all the way, in general, she needs to work with speech, not with people.It was not interesting to listen to her.What I remember is where she lives, who her dad is, and who she drank champagne with on Peter's Bridge. We also stayed at the church of the Kazan Mother of God.It was possible to approach the icon.They gave me 10 minutes.But there was a service and no one foresaw it.Again, time is wasted and there is no point.It is not thought out, it is not organized. Before that, we also visited the temple, we were given 20 minutes for a tour.They said that you can go with a ticket and put candles for the dead.But our organizer considered it necessary not to give them away, and of course there was no time left. As for the bridges.We arrived, looked at it and ran to the bus.No walking, no taking pictures.Time is limited.Everything is for show, we stayed for a few minutes and that's enough.There was no time for an independent walk at all.Only if you go shopping near the hotel.Although, what kind of hotel is this?!Dorm room, no more.We were accommodated in the Yunost Hotel.The room is old, terribly cold, caused depression.Toilet/shower per unit.The water stank of iron. Food. We included 2 breakfasts and 2 lunches in the price.The breakfasts were at the "hotel".It was served with millet porridge, in which it is not known how much sugar.It was as if they were cooking jam instead of porridge.Sausage, plastic cheese.and a bun with tea. For lunch, we stopped at the "restaurant", we were fed a vegetable salad, which had a strange taste, hot borscht, a couple of halves of potatoes with chicken fillet, cupcake and tea.We waited a long time, we were reminded about tea.As a result, they apparently remembered about us and brought us a cold one. For the 2nd breakfast at the "hotel" there was oatmeal porridge, which we did not try after the millet.A pancake with minced meat, the only thing that is delicious.the cheese is already non-plastic, and a bun with tea. But lunch at another "restaurant" was about nothing.Chicken soup with pasta from Rollton.Pasta with a tasteless little patty and juice . On the last day of the tour, we went to the amber room, we paid 1250 rubles for it.Before the tour itself, the organizer called and asked if we would go there and announced the amount.She didn't tell me anything about the amber room.And the most important thing that she did not say is that tourists who do not go there will just walk through an empty forest for 5 hours.Do you understand?!5 hours of walking through the forest, we arrived in St. Petersburg.I liked the amber room, we also took a walk in the park, it was included in the price.But even that was enough time for us.What can we say about those who did not go. What I want to say in the end .It is cheaper and more profitable to drive on your own, if this is not for you. First of all: you don't have to depend on people, wait for them while they rush to the toilets, shops, etc.It's time.Your time! Secondly: there is a certain amount of time for everything, and it is always not enough.We brought you, looked at you for a while and got back on the bus. Thirdly:the guide got caught talking about nothing, with such a speech, how did she get hired at all?!By the end, her head was already bursting with it.I just wanted silence, instead of uh, uh, eeeee.And in general, with guides on excursions, which are given so little time, you will not have time to see a lot of things.To stand with the whole kindergarten and listen to what is not interesting to tell. Fourth,:what they ate, what they didn't, tasteless.Anyway, we bought food in shops or in cafes, it was not very expensive and satisfying. Photos of beautiful places were taken from the bus.It was very beautiful in Peterhof, fortunately they saw it through their eyes. The tour cost $ 150 + 60 bel. r.+1250 rubles. for the amber room, well, money with you for food, because what is included in the price does not roll at all! IT WASN'T WORTH IT!

Well, I can say that This is the most Terrible carrier that can only be found towards Russia and back. In the beginning, when they first appeared, there was still nothing. And films were shown, and garbage bags were distributed, and even warm drinks were offered. The cost of tickets is constantly increasing, and the service and conditions have ceased to exist. In the cold remainder, we get: crumbling, old buses, no ventilation system, very cramped, small shelves for hand luggage, Wi-Fi does not work, although they say it should, and most importantly Boorish drivers who apparently worked in Prisons before and have never heard of basic rules of etiquette. I use this type of transportation every few years, and then when there is no longer anything to just leave on. But then you have to spend a day in bed, and restore both your physical and emotional state.
