Buses are delayed for more than two hours for no apparent reason, drivers are rude (they forbid walking through the front door, people should flock to the back door). They don't get people hooked at the bus station, it's obvious that the income goes into his pocket. Its work on regular bus flights is performed by drivers (they can count passengers twice per flight after sanitary stops !!!). He does not even interfere if conflicts and disputes arise between passengers due to reclined seats, because the distances between the seats are very small, you sit with your knees against the chair in front and the reclined one... They don't even put on movies while driving, and this has been on all buses for a long time (isn't it already impossible to dial discs with old comedies and spin them). I advise you to record the behavior of drivers on camera or on a dictaphone, because the passenger does not have a license in this company. The surnames of the drivers are Temerov (Demerov) and Rimoshevsky. I was going to Moscow to work. I ordered and paid for an electronic ticket. The company's rules state that they can refuse transportation in cases where the passenger is drunk and if he is late. I was sober, I arrived on time. A girl accompanied me. She got on the bus to see where the place was. But there was no 56th place on this bus. There were 52 of them. Then she asked the driver where this place was, to which he replied in raised tones, "second row." When we didn't find a place and returned to ask where to get in, the driver was rude again and said exactly the same phrase "second row". But the answer to where this place is has not been received. We both communicated politely. Even then, on the street, the driver behaved rudely. We asked three times where the place was because the driver could not explain properly and spoke in raised tones with irritation the same phrase "second row" without giving out any new information, but getting even more annoyed each time. In fact, there was no such place. We stopped trying and I decided to wait in the row closest to the driver to ask where to get in. Where is it, the unnumbered 56th place? A normal dialogue did not take place and the driver undertook to draw up an act. At that time, the second driver was dumping the dispatcher, who called at the request of my girlfriend. As a result, after waiting for 7 minutes, five passengers signed this act because they wanted to go already and in fact it did not matter what questions the driver and I had before he got on the bus. It turns out I didn't have any rights. Why was your driver rude and kicked me out when I was tired of putting up with it? It turns out that the passenger had to humbly go to the place and thank the driver for treating him and his escort in such a way? Should I thank him for getting into the seat he paid for and getting there? The money was not returned because there is no evidence. This is not the first case of injustice and boorish attitude on the part of this company and their drivers.
