I took a break from a visit tour in August 2024 in the village of Nebug.There are no questions or complaints about rest.But there are not only questions about transport, but also complaints.A Neoplan bus pulled up, I don't know the year of manufacture, but it's ancient.The windows were all stained, the seats did not move apart (it was good that she was sitting with her husband, and not with someone else's man, otherwise she would have had to sit for 38 hours in an embrace with someone unknown), some seats had no handles, others had a grid, armrests did not work on all chairs.The distance between the rows of seats is scanty, everyone above 1.70 had their knees against the front row.My knees almost knocked off all my kidneys.We haven't even heard about Wi-Fi on this bus (although it was written on the website that there would be Internet).The air conditioner didn't actually blow anything because of its location (somewhere behind the head).The return trip took less time on the same trough.And in the end, they got off the bus, got into the car and found that the whole bag of clothes was filled with diesel fuel.They washed their clothes for three days, fortunately, the clothes were put in separate bags, otherwise they would have had to throw everything away.The bag had to be thrown away.I am shocked where they take such buses and for such distances.It's just some kind of mockery of people.Last year I went on vacation from Olan tour, the bus was new.I doubt that I will ever contact this company.
