Overall, I really enjoyed the trip, this is my first trip to Belarus. Professional drivers, very responsive and attentive, boarding was quick, placed according to the selected location when ordering online. The view from the 4th seat by the window is amazing, but there is one drawback... the whole bus had a comfortable temperature, everyone was wearing T-shirts, it was very cold for me. After waiting a bit and realizing that it wouldn't get any warmer, I turned to the drivers, it turned out that this was the coolest place in the whole bus)) They tried to adjust the temperature, but nothing worked, they brought me a warm blanket, for which I thank them very much. If you like it cooler, then choose the 4th place... especially in summer. All the stops were announced loudly, at the beginning of the flight they told everyone about the bus, where to look for outlets, where to throw garbage, when the nearest stop was, they introduced themselves as their names, unfortunately I did not remember, but I was very pleased with their attitude to passengers and to their work. I wish success to your company and many good passengers.

We are going 05.07.24, we took tickets Bobruisk - St. Petersburg, the only advantages are charging and WI-FI is free and it is stated on the website. And so I saw only 3 minuses, and then this is just the beginning of the trip, there are still 12 hours ahead. 1) Drivers are mistreated, they said that it is impossible to eat during the trip, should I starve for 12 hours? Just so that the minibus is clean 2) We ordered bus tickets, but a minibus arrived 3) We are going to Troy, my mother and grandmother, specially took 3 places next to each other, and as a result, the drivers said that someone had messed up something there and we had 6th, 13th and 14th places. I honestly don't care, I bought these tickets in a month in order to sit in different parts of the minibus and we are not the only ones with such a problem at the expense of seats. Dear ladies and gentlemen, registering tickets. SOLVE THIS PROBLEM!!! Because this is not the first time, I hope for your understanding. That's it for me!
