terrible visa application center. Too expensive for such services. At the visa center the access control regime is the same as at the embassy, although this is a regular visa center that provides services on a PAID BASIS. BLS collects 87 BYN for delivery and 57 BYN for document processing (at other visa centers the visa fee is 15 € that is approximately 52 BYN). Queues at this visa center are sold by third-party organizations from $200.

Yes, it's a long wait, and there's little chance of making an independent appointment, but despite this, the visa application center itself is quite pleasant, located close to the railway station, convenient to get to both by metro and trolleybus / minibuses, near the new shopping center. The staff are pleasant, they work quite quickly, they help and explain everything without any problems, the interior is clean, tidy and quite cozy, there are waiting seats. A good place to apply for a visa, minus a star just for waiting a long time for an appointment. As it is, I wish you all a quick appointment, long-term visas and wonderful trips. 😌

On 07/21/25, I submitted my documents in the usual hall. A very competent and sweet girl was caught in the window. I asked all the questions about the case, accepted all the documents. Very quickly and efficiently. We are planning a trip with a friend in the same direction, he had a pick-up on the same day, but a little later. We were allowed to apply together, as we collected the same package of documents. Security is also fast and clear!

I applied quite recently, arrived 10 minutes before the appointed time, calmly received a ticket, waited a couple of minutes and was accepted in the 2nd window. Everything was quickly, politely, explained and told. It took about 10 minutes to print and pay. It's possible that something was changed after the bad reviews, but I liked everything!

I sincerely do not understand how people organize work in the VC and receive salaries in general, this is the worst VC and service that has ever existed. I don't really understand why they are sitting there, most likely they help and facilitate the work of the consulate and the Central Executive Committee of Moscow, but for clients who apply for a visa, they are generally useless, for which payment is unclear. They save on shipping, which is why people don't get their passports on time, lose ticket and hotel reservations, huge amounts of money, and vacations. It is better to go to Moscow for the application, you will save money, time and nerves.

Serving in a premium room for 370 BEL rubles is a complete bottom. What are we paying for? In fact, this is the same room, but the service should be provided in a comfortable mode with filling out a questionnaire and free photocopies. What's really going on? The employees of the VC snort at the submission that they do not want to fill out the questionnaire and now they will have to type the text themselves. I'm sorry, but what's 370 rubles for? What's the premium? I would really like to receive a response from the Spanish visa application center, at least here in the reviews.

I don't know why to evaluate a visa application center if there are almost no alternatives. The staff checks the documents too meticulously. The questionnaire is not filled out. It's good, of course, that they opened in Minsk and you don't have to go to Moscow. But we were only able to enroll in the VIP lounge, although there is no VIP service there. But it turned out to be expensive, for a family of 4 people in the amount of more than 2200 byn! And the visa was opened only for 30 days!

The disadvantage is that the cashier does not accept mixed payments, that is, part in cash and part by card.other disadvantages. In my case, it wasn't. The husband filed on August 29. I sat in the queue for 20 minutes and was served through the usual hall. Everything was done quickly and he left. I can say that this procedure takes about 20 minutes.

I'm talking about the staff (except for the guys at the reception) They go around solving their questions with a smart look. And at the same time, a full house of people. Before that, there was a high assessment of this VC, but the opinion has changed. My father, a pensioner, applied to premium today, and I accompanied him. The recording was at 13:15, we came to the VC at 12:30. We sat in the premium lounge for 40 minutes and there was no movement. There are already a lot of people. By the way, there is one name from the premium lounge. There is a cooler with water, a battered coffee machine, the remains of tea bags in a package and an unfortunate vase with lollipops. Well, such a thing. So our time has come, the queue is not moving, there is no one at the premium counters. I went to the usual hall to find out what was going on and why documents were not being accepted, to which a not very friendly girl from normal replied that the premium specialists had LUNCH. WHAT?)))) I mean, lunch during the recording. Then she clarified that their system was hanging and they could not accept people, and in general there were not enough employees and there was no one to work. There was no clear answer to the question of how long it would take to fix the technical problems. Could you at least announce to everyone present that there are technical problems and such a situation, or else some guesses and you need to extract information from them yourself. We sit for another hour. You can't use the phone, a guard walks around and warns about it and reminds you that he will have to ask you to leave the room. What do you mean?) Is this a strategic facility? Well ok. The phones were postponed. No one even turned on the TV, I had to ask. Three hours later, everything worked and it was my father's turn to serve the docks. I am not a pro at filling out questionnaires and politely asked the girl to look through the questionnaire and check if everything is correct. To which she answered me so disdainfully and rudely: "What do you mean, check it out? Actually, you have to fill it out." Hello, kamon. Premium. It seems like I can even ask the manager to fill it out for me. In general, it's disgusting. There is no smell of service, especially premium. What is so much money for? For three hours of waiting and sweets in a vase? But thank you for at least letting a pensioner through without waiting in line for biometrics. For this 2 stars. But you don't need to be rude at all when you are treated like a human being.

I have not yet received a visa and have not formed an objective impression of the center itself, because I do not have an established idea in my head about what an ideal visa center should be. I can say specifically about myself that it took me about 5 minutes to submit with biometrics and photos (the question remains - why bring photos taken in a photo studio, which, by the way, also cost a lot of money, but come on). Separately, I want to say a few words about the website where you can check the status of a visa by track. It doesn't work. It is possible to check the status of the visa in 3 cases out of 10, I do not know who is responsible for this, but personally it makes me feel hostile.
