An interesting place. Polite security, clean, empty. Few people can afford to travel to Switzerland now. There is no queue, they record for any day and any time. The visa is done in about three weeks, but it can be done in five days - it depends on the embassy.

The center does not answer calls, they say they will be in touch soon and do not call back.
Courier delivery simply does not work, as people have been waiting for weeks for them to send your passport with a visa.
