I loved visiting this place until today (October 4) . 3 stars for the delicious desserts and pleasant atmosphere inside. But minus the vibe for the staff. When I got to the place, there was a "break" sign on the door, and a couple more people were waiting outside. We decided to stop by and ask how old he is. To my first question to the barista, "How long is your break?" She just didn't answer. We asked her a second time, and she said there was no break... they recommended that she remove this sign, and in response, silence. OK, we ordered desserts and coffee. When she brought it to the table, she dropped a piece of cake on its side, part of the piece was hanging off the edge of the plate, did not apologize, did not correct it. She put it down in silence and left. When ordering coffee, they asked if they could make it hotter, but she didn't answer. In general, I hope this is just her first job and maybe the employee is just inexperienced, and she will learn over the years.
