I bought a kettle on 08/21. And it was unusable from the first day. When pouring into a glass, all the water flowed down the edges. And the household got burned by this kettle. Today, on 30.08, I came to the service center to fix the problem, but they told me it should be like this, it's leaky and the water will drain and they said it's not a defect. And their general manager even decided to show us a master class on using a teapot, saying that you need to keep it very close to the glass so as not to get burned. And he spilled hot water on himself 2 times. And even in this case, they said that the kettle has no problems and said it cannot be returned or repaired. I did not offer any solution to the problem. We had no choice but to leave the defective kettle on the street at the door of the service. Thank you for thinking about your customers to the last. It's the worst service I've ever seen.

There is only one service center for the whole city, it only works on weekdays from 11 to 19, branches do not accept goods under warranty, so you will have to search and go to it yourself. You won't find any information about the work of the service center until you arrive in person, there is a lot of information on the website in which cases they waive responsibility, but the schedule is hidden somewhere. Keep in mind that in the case of a marriage, you will face big problems when buying from this chain of stores.
