We were there recently. They ordered cognac, brought it, poured it. There was something floating in the glasses. They told the waitress about it. She apologized, changed it. We drank a bottle and got drunk. Class.
Otherwise, the establishment is more or less normal. Rock music, the contingent is Russian-speaking.
The staff would be better, as well as the bar.
