09/28/2024 I went to master Natalia for a volumetric hair styling with a hair dryer. During the styling process, I asked several times not to straighten my hair, but to make volume at the roots, but the master did not respond to my request. After finishing the styling, I asked to redo it, as the master just straightened her hair, to which I received the answer that she would not redo anything. After that, I turned to the director so that she could somehow influence the master. The director had no influence on this situation. The master suggested that I wash my hair and go home (as I did not like the styling). I agreed, to which the master said, "wash at home." I left. After a while, the director called, without even talking to the master, that I agreed to wash my hair, and accused me of not paying for the styling, made a scandal and left. But after talking to the master, she called back and apologized for the situation. I think that the director is not allowed to accuse the client without talking to his employee first. I STRONGLY do not recommend visiting this "salon".
