And what would you have for a whole week of excursions - your meals were: chocolates, cookies and soda, they don't sell anything else at gas stations, and drivers don't take you anywhere else. I would especially like to mention the work of the deputy . the director of Alyona, who cannot establish work in the company. It seems that all employees work by themselves. The lawyer is generally a complete misunderstanding, he responds to all comments about inconsistencies in the contract and the requirement to prescribe the tour program with phrases on duty and refusal to change anything at least. The contract itself is drawn up on 15 pages of fine handwriting, despite the fact that hardly one is dedicated to the tour itself. Complete disrespect for their customers. I really want to believe that after my complaints they will solve something in this matter. Well, at least the tour went without the need to go to court, otherwise you wouldn't have to be bored. Honestly, I would never have applied to this company after seeing such a "crooked" contract, but what can I do, I didn't want to let my relatives down and spoil the rest without starting it. Be prepared to be kept in the dark all the time. Starting from the characteristics of the bus (a travel agency with such a long period of work on the market does not have its own fleet and they find what happens) In my case, it turned out to be NEOPLAN N116 Cityliner 2002 (21 years AB 2002-5 "Stroitur"). What is not a chapel of dreams, but even though the air conditioner worked well, Wi-Fi and individual sockets for passengers are not about this bus. Judging by the reviews, someone was less lucky. There is no point in reading reviews about the company on their website, they delete all bad reviews. Drivers live their own lives, even the guide did not understand what they were doing, where they were going and when they would arrive at their destination. The payment for the roads is only in cash, which also needs to be changed somewhere. They haven't heard about cards and online payments since 2023. You can refer to the sanctions, still not check). Running in Duty Free while all the passengers are going out on the bus is also normal. The guide himself, in general, left ambivalent impressions. He was only interested in paid services, everything else was later, and then often forgotten. To call it not professional would also be cunning, there is rather a professional deformation and loss of interest. But not everything is so terrible, the workers helping with visas did their job well, the three capitals also did not disappoint, but it would be difficult for a Foreign tourist to screw them up. Next time I will bypass Vneshinturist side, there are many companies in Minsk and there is always an opportunity to choose a more customer-oriented option. Not all hotels liked it, but Prague definitely justified its 3 stars. I do not regret that I went, but next time I will beat out the company based on reviews.

Unfortunately, Vneshinturist is practically the only tour organizer in the Republic of Belarus today, so the company's goal is to earn as much as possible from tourists. My subjective opinion: the cost
tours are overstated by at least 30%. If I had read the truthful reviews about the company in advance, I definitely would not have called this "bazaar station".

Vneshinturist company and its tours are normal. I went to Spain by the sea, looked at Europe, met kind people, I am happy.
But the staff who are sitting (they are sitting, and not working with clients or serving clients) are simply disgusting. Alexandrina NEEDS to be sent to courses on working with clients. I have never seen such a rude, arrogant and indifferent service. I did not like the quality of the services provided by this travel agency. We went on tour on May 6, 2019 Warsaw-Bremen-Amsterdam. The accompanying guide Vasily turned out to be frankly green and not ready to work with the group entrusted to him, despite the fact that all members of this tour group were organized and disciplined ... well, a maximum of 10 minutes late. You can close your eyes to the fact that the accompanying person did not have information about the history and culture of the places visited, although this is important for someone, but it is at least necessary to know and coordinate people according to the program and time of visits, planned excursions. It seemed that Vasily himself was going on this tour for the first time.
There are also questions for the travel agency itself. Why did you have to pay extra for visiting Warsaw, and everyone who chose an excursion to Warsaw, moreover, attention, was not provided with a guide, i.e. just to walk around the Polish capital on their own for a little over an hour - you need to pay extra. It is not clear what the service is on their part. Vasily argued that he did not set the tariffs. And he doesn't solve such issues here. OK, but it sounds kind of unprofessional.
We're moving on. The first hotel on Polish territory is “By the Pine Tree" literally and figuratively. The worst hotel I saw was during Ramadan in Egypt. Breakfast is as tight as possible at the rate of 2 servings for 4 people, if only the "Vneshinturist" would take more margin for himself.
The second hotel was not bad. But again, this time the "Vneshinturist" saved on distance. It is more than 180 km away from Amsterdam, despite the fact that we spent two nights there. It took about 2 hours by bus in one direction. We spend a total of 8 hours on the road. And now it's clear why it's such an early breakfast and there's absolutely no time to take a walk in Amsterdam. So a bus tour is a pretty dynamic vacation, so we also spend so much time moving. And again, the manner of Vasily, who adjusts during breakfast and teaches adult aunts how to eat and stand in line. Just atas!
The apogee of everything was the passage of the Polish-Belarusian border. Usually we rarely stand faster than two hours. Well, it took 3.5 hours. And we find out that this bus should go immediately after the end of our tour from Minsk back to Europe with another group of tourists. And when we were sleepy passing Derzhinsk, the guide Vasily simply confronted everyone with the fact that now we are transferring to another bus. It's just insulting and piggy, I didn't even apologize. And it seemed that we had paid for the service, and then it didn't matter, they weren't interested in our group.
Summarizing all of the above, it becomes clear that Vneshinturist strives to make maximum profit, even at the cost of frankly mediocre quality of services provided.
I do not recommend it!
