I would like to share my experience with your employee working in this branch with great disappointment. The style and approach displayed by this person lacked even the most basic communication skills that can be expected from a customer representative. Far from solving problems, he neither knows how to speak nor makes the slightest effort to direct. Even when forming sentences, I had to deal with someone who instilled insecurity and tension in the other person, constantly tried to get over his job with evasive answers, almost practiced the “art of not helping”. This person, who constantly threw the ball to someone else with sentences such as ”I can't touch him“, ”he'll be with your approval now", justified himself with a top-down style, without even properly understanding what the problem was, and was in an attitude that was almost trying to blame the other person. This approach has nothing to do with professionalism, customer satisfaction, or respectful human communication in the slightest. It is literally unfortunate that a brand like Vodafone, which claims to be institutionalized, is represented by such an uncommunicative, uninterested and disrespectful employee. This kind of approach damages your brand and leaves only anger and distrust in the customer. This employee reflects the complete opposite of the values that Vodafone is supposed to represent.
