A Soviet-style hotel, but for that kind of money, breakfast is fine. Lunch can be purchased and is quite good. The air conditioner broke down, the staff forgot to call the master, but they moved to another room. I liked that the check-in time is equal to the check-out time.

The hotel is very bad, the rooms are Soviet-era, the heat, the air conditioners have not been cleaned for a long time. But the food is not bad, the prices are quite low.
