Яндекс. Карты показывает это место как достопримечательность. Что-то наверное в этом есть) Подъехать к ней самой не получится, стоит знак, что только для местных, запарковались возле остановки. Дальше пешком мимо гаражей. Возле самой башни валяется мусор, сидели какие-то люди. Внутрь не пошли, осмотрели снаружи. На первом фото подход к башне, на втором - сама башня
