Требуется реставрация основания и штукатурки, замена окон. Сейчас кроме уныния нечего не вызывает

Обычная башня, ни чего примечательного. По небольшим городам России думаю очень много аналогичных строений ровесников данной башне.

Эта башня ассоциируется с чем-то загадочным и таинственным. Всю свою сознательную жизнь (ходили раньше), сейчас ездим за вкусной мягкой водичкой!
