This is a masterpiece institution of the late 90s. A lady by the name of Shevchuk T. G., when contacting, stated that she was busy with an urgent order and said WAIT. I was alone in this wonderful place. After spending a certain amount of time in this establishment (about 10 minutes) I heard Shevchuk's (wonderful) voice that I could come over. The documents were issued, but this appeal by Citizen Shevchuk is so reminiscent of old times and a giant disrespect for people.

I arrived on a weekday afternoon. there were 2 windows working and I was the first in line. The staff is polite and did my surgery with the documents very quickly and explained everything politely. I am very happy with my work.
