An interesting place. The concrete dam was clearly built long before the mill. The lines are even. Obviously, it was not the peasants who did it, but the engineers and scientists! And how can this dam stand in the water for so many years and even a little bit!?
And was it a mill? Maybe an industrial enterprise of some kind. There are too many windows. The base is masonry stone- verrh- brick. Moreover, the quality of the brick is fire. They don't do that here. Cement does not pour out of the seams.
The metal beams are interesting. Did they really know how to do such things then?
I think this building is much more years old and in general, at first it was just a dam with a bridge. And then another civilization saw it and decided to use it and built a building! This is evident from the different quality of the work. The building is made of worse quality.

I imagined how the Owners lived here, and people from all over the neighborhood came to them to grind flour.
The mill is in a historical place. Nearby is Drutsk (the principality of Drutsk), on the banks of a small river. Well done, two floors, stove heating. I even caught the electrification period (input wires sticking out)

It's nice to stand in the rays of the sun at dawn with a mug of hot tea on the column of the destroyed old bridge and imagine how people came to the mill on this bridge. The Crooked river runs through the mill, inside there are traces of fire and remnants of wiring, to which the mill managed to survive.
