The standard rooms are very small, and there is everything you need by 5-star standards. There was no water in some places, so I had to take a shower at the SPA. The breakfasts are top. The girls at the reception are very friendly and respond quickly to requests. A good SPA, the masters are average. They presented the symbol of Bukhara at the departure, a clay figurine of Khoja Nasreddin on a donkey, with apologies for the inconvenience associated with water. Overall, it's not a bad hotel.
