The lighting in the corridors is like in an operating room: the light is too bright. I wished I had brought sunglasses with me.
At the reception, we came across an unfriendly receptionist who rattled off a phrase about passing and something else there.
They asked me to repeat it more clearly and slowly. After all, not all people hear well, she repeated with such displeasure that she wanted to turn around and leave.

I got to the doctor Guseeva Yu. A. The worst doctor I have ever seen. The diagnostic procedure was performed extremely carelessly. The doctor knows nothing about politeness and tact. There is nothing to consult about. The results of the examinations are not explained properly, just as it was not explained why laser coagulation should be done (in conclusion, it is written about the need to perform it), but in fact the doctor said not to do it. The establishment itself is also questionable. The level of the state polyclinic, only here you pay money for it.

The reason for the delay was that a girl with exactly the same name and patronymic as mine was called to the doctor's office. When it was this girl's turn, it turned out that a mistake had occurred. And this was 20 minutes later , as she had already entered the office . As a result, all her numerous diagnoses and data were recorded in my personal card, and then they were simply deleted. The consultation itself was quick, but even there the emphasis was on the advantages of laser correction (I did not go to the clinic for this reason, which was repeatedly told to the doctor) . I understand that the cost of this service cannot be compared with the cost of laser correction, but it is not free. After all this, I just wanted to hear an apology, but alas and ah.

I did a vision correction in the Wok recently. Advised by a colleague. I was very worried, because for me any operation is a lot of stress. The operation is painless, but at the beginning an unpleasant vacuum suction cup presses on the eye, it must be tolerated for a couple of seconds. Then just look at the green dot. It all ended very quickly. Some people generally tolerate it easily, they already see it almost normally right away. I had a very strong photophobia the first day, I was lying with the curtains closed, it was difficult to open my eyes, but it was undesirable to close them the first day. It is also impossible to touch and rub your eyes, and wash with soap. You can't sleep on your stomach for a month, you can sleep on your back and side.
The attitude of the staff is polite, correct. The doctor Abelsky performed the operation, did everything carefully, even though I twitched a little at the beginning. But it's not scary, the equipment captures any of your movements and stops. After the operation, two consultations, which are included in the price, on the next day and on the seventh. If necessary, they open a sick leave for a week. The clinic is clean, new. Before the operation, they were given to sign a paper where the clinic is not responsible for any complications (there are many listed there), up to a fatal outcome. Pregnant and lactating women should not be corrected, who have cataracts and glaucoma too. More questions to those who take hormonal drugs, who have a sick thyroid gland, diabetes mellitus, hypertension-there may be complications. And after the operation for at least 6 months, do not plan a pregnancy. Before the operation, there was an examination on the same day, they look at several devices, including a fundus lens (the examinations themselves are quick, but you sit in the corridor for a long time after instilling drops that dilate the pupil), and then they say whether it is possible to make a correction. Assign a time in a couple of hours. There was an examination at 11, an operation at 14. You can also undergo diagnostics in advance, the results are relevant for another 3 months after. I chose the most expensive method-3D Custom Green (I asked which one was better, and the doctor named this one to me, but did not explain at all how it was better and how it differed from others). Before the correction, you need to buy good sunglasses, they are put on immediately after the operation and walk for a week, especially if it is sunny. Do not wash for a week, you can wipe your eyelashes with a cotton swab, do not make up for two, try to completely remove the phone, books, laptop for the first week-any loads nearby.Month to avoid physical .loads, sports,sauna,swimming pool. They give drops in the eyes on the spot-an antibiotic drip for a week, an anti-inflammatory-16 days. And you can already buy moisturizers yourself for 1-6 months (for example, a Hilo chest of drawers or an Artelak). There were some questions about the clarity of vision of one eye, but they said that it should pass in a month. On the autorefractometer, the vision showed one, although I could not see clearly from the table with one eye, I barely saw the penultimate line, but they still wrote me a vision unit ...
I shoot two stars. A month has passed, and the eye still sees indistinctly. I went to the clinic and checked, it turned out -0.5 on this eye!(on the second unit). At the preliminary diagnosis before the operation, I voiced my complaints that I could not see clearly with this eye even with glasses (the glasses were incorrectly selected), maybe remove a bigger minus on it, the full nurse reacted indifferently to this "the computer calculates everything". And in the end, the problem remained! Too little attention is paid to each person, because of the numerous clients, the survey has turned into a conveyor. They do not give any guarantee! And what happens, do I need to do a second correction for this eye again due to the fact that they incorrectly selected the degree of correction for me? I can't leave it like this, because I feel uncomfortable, there is no clarity in the distance and when working at a computer.
A year has passed, the vision on the right has dropped to minus -1.5 approximately. On the left, it also worsened, but not so much. I can't see well. They say there are 3% of people who do this. For their part, they did not admit mistakes, but this is natural. I will go for a correction, i.e. a repeat operation, the cornea will become even thinner. By the way, few people say that it is dangerous to do such operations for people with a tendency to glaucoma (a hereditary disease if parents, for example, have it). Because in the future, intraocular pressure in people with correction is determined incorrectly. The risk of developing hyperopia also increases, especially after the age of 40. When everything goes well after the operation, there are no problems with this clinic, but if there are problems after...Then you can go to them many times for diagnostics, consultations, everything is paid, at which you will only be prescribed a drip of tropicamide (which is useless) and they will say "let's wait, maybe everything will tune in", and so for half a year or more. The correction is done if the vision has dropped significantly within a short period of time and not earlier than half a year.

All the equipment used for a comprehensive ophthalmological examination is located in one room. The procedure itself is a well-established process based on a conveyor architecture, in which equipment downtime and inactivity of specialists tends to zero. Which, of course, indicates the highest degree of coherence of the processes, but, in my personal opinion, slightly harms customer orientation, depriving him of a sense of personal approach.
Also, do not flatter yourself when you are informed that the estimated duration of the study is 1.5-2 hours. It may seem that all this time your eyes will be closely examined, but you will spend about 45 minutes of them in a fairly crowded corridor, waiting for your pupils to dilate.
For those who wish to perform laser vision correction, there is an option for consultation and surgery in one day. It is probably very convenient for visitors, but I would not recommend this format: for me, the doctor's conclusion that correction is contraindicated was a great disappointment. I can imagine the disappointment of a man who was mentally preparing and preparing for an operation that would never take place.
