I did my first piercing (cum) in this studio and was impressed.
First of all, the choice of this place: on the advice of many friends who have done piercings and tattoos here more than once, as well as advertisements in insta, I came here with confidence that there are reliable people here.
Secondly, the interior: the style and decorations are impressive, conveys a special vibe. A comfortable studio and comfortable furniture where you can relax and wait in line while drinking some water.
Thirdly, the service: everyone is quite polite and kind. Uncle Wolf is the embodiment of the kindest and brightest person I have seen among the other masters. He is very clear and sensitive, has an approach to each client. A professional in his field with many years of experience.
I did it with a novice craftsman as a model. I planned to get a piercing for 2 months and decided without a second thought, confidently. The process itself took at most 7-10 minutes, but it felt delayed due to the long preparation, processing, selection of the puncture site + waiting in line. During the work, the master was helped by a more experienced colleague who communicated with him and advised him, guided him in the right direction, in parallel, I was told how best to experience pain and breathe properly during the puncture. I was calm and mentally adjusted, even at the moment when there was a cartilage puncture. But, to be honest, I did not expect my reaction when I burst into tears because of the pain and tears just poured down in a stream, I was in this state for 2-3 minutes. At that time, they brought me some water and napkins, asked me how I felt and my mood, after which I walked away and everything was fine. Probably the reason for this was the lack of support at that moment, I did not have enough communication. In general, I just got into a chaotic day because of the long queue: someone needs to change the decoration, someone just needs to inspect and process it. In view of this, I saw confused and tired craftsmen, and there were difficulties at the reception in consulting with me. I want to say that this is the main disadvantage that spoiled the impression and left a residue.
But I do not condemn or blame for this, because I understand that these are working moments. Therefore, the decision is yours: to do it quickly and easily with experienced craftsmen, or sacrifice time and patience in order to give a head start to beginners!

I would like to say a separate word about jewelry and materials! It's just wow! Eyes run away, looking at a large number of high-quality products and their variety in size, shape and color, when you want to buy the most beautiful!
It has been 4 months of healing, I am very sensitive to the treatment, I monitor it daily. I look back and get the impression that none of this happened. I go happy and joyful, I live a life with a heart in my ear!

I made 5 punctures in them. The studio is atmospheric, the masters are pleasant, experienced. They lead until the healing, free examinations while it heals. My course lasted from May 8 to May 12, Andrey shared all his knowledge so generously that I even felt embarrassed about the price of training) all the information he gave is worth much more!! I bought jewelry and signed up for a piercing studio.
1. Everything was fine when buying jewelry, they suggested the location of the studio and the availability of various jewelry, and consulted.
2. There were problems with the piercing studio: I signed up for the senior master specifically, there was plenty of time for recording on the chosen day: only 2 slots were occupied from morning to evening, everything else is free. I signed up for a few weeks at a convenient time for me, the record was confirmed. Then the call came less than a day before the piercing, saying that there would be NO master in my time and I could drive up a few hours earlier or later when he would be in the studio doing a puncture to someone else. The alternative is another ordinary master for my time. And we also need cash.
There are a lot of questions about a responsible approach: why spend time on masters who will not be in the studio at this time? Why not let us know about it in advance, and not in the last hours? Why not initially talk about the form of payment when recording?
I've heard so many good reviews, but such a disrespectful attitude to someone else's choice and time has crossed everything out for me. I canceled the recording and I'm not going to go to them in the future, there are plenty of excellent alternatives. 3 stars only for the website and the store

I received full piercing training in this studio and received a lot of useful information and practice (~ 55 models). They teach not only how to make a puncture, but also how to work with clients, the rules of asepsis and antiseptics and further healing of punctures. The master carefully monitors the work and assimilation of the material, and will always help after training. These are not my first courses, but in terms of the amount of information and attitude to the student and the work, this studio is not comparable to anything🥇

The studio itself is OK, the master made the puncture well, sterile, a lot of jewelry, but the customer orientation is lame, I pierced the cartilage for the first time, after a couple of days I got sick, the tempo was 39, the ear was VERY swollen, I wrote explained the situation, asked what to do, how to relieve swelling, nothing but "wait for recovery" and go to the doctor was not prompted. I felt so bad that I couldn't get up, no ointment or anything was advised, I had to look for info on the Internet, thank you
I was also confused by the fact that they said to treat a fresh puncture with a soapy baby solution, which the doctor later also considered strange

I did ear piercings there in September.Master Polina.I wanted to punch the corners of my ears.Everything was agreed in the instagram, I dropped the photo as I want, to which they told me "yes, we can do this without any problems."I came, showed what I wanted, to which the master answered me "It won't work that way", to my question "Why?" the answer is "Well, then we will touch the cartilage."I understood that perfectly well.After a few more (my persuasion) words, the master finally agreed.An unpleasant moment, why should I, paying money, also persuade the master to provide me with a service?They were pierced with a needle.One ear, then the other.On the second day, after a long examination, the master said, "Well, I don't like this ear, let's go through it again."I no longer had time to argue (because the recording was at 9-9.30 pm), nor the strength.To my question how to treat punctures, the answer is simply killed - no peroxide or chlorhexedine is needed, just rinse with water.It was very strange.
In general, the place is not bad, beautiful, atmospheric.I would love to do more piercings there, but not from this Master.She didn't leave the best impression of herself.
