I understand that cats are unpredictable animals, but that's your job. If you can't control your negativity and aggression, don't work with animals. I definitely do not recommend cats to owners! The location suits us very well, it's close to home, BUT I don't want to go back there. We'll look for another place.

There's another problem, just the other day she didn't cut my dog 's hair completely and charged the full price for the haircut! She doesn't even know how to trim York's nails.
