We refused, to which he stated that he would not work with us and unilaterally terminated the contract. There were also problems when refunding the prepayment. The prepayment was made in dollars at the winter exchange rate, and he decided to return it to us in Belarusian rubles, converted at the summer exchange rate. I highly do not recommend this place.
