We ordered the services of this person about 8-9 months before the celebration. When making an advance payment and the contract was concluded, he assured that everything would be done at a high level, all the details were agreed upon. About 2 months before the celebration, he said that he had a lot of orders on our day and our order was not profitable for him. As a solution, he will offer to order additional services from him for an additional fee (above the market average). We refused, to which he stated that he would not work with us and unilaterally terminated the contract. There were also problems when refunding the prepayment. The prepayment was made in dollars at the winter exchange rate, and he decided to return it to us in Belarusian rubles, converted at the summer exchange rate. I highly do not recommend this place.
