We stayed in a standard double room with breakfast — everything was very pleasant! The room is clean, cozy, with a comfortable bed and fresh linens. There is everything you need: air conditioning, TV, refrigerator. Cleaning was always carried out carefully and unnoticeably. We were especially pleased with the breakfasts — a variety of fresh products, delicious coffee, light meals, and something more satisfying. The staff is attentive, responsive, always ready to help and prompt. Excellent value for money. I recommend it!

An excellent hotel, especially for the price and quality, I have been staying in Melitopol for several times, there are really no disadvantages, the rooms are very clean and cozy, the beds are large and soft, even in a cheap, even in an expensive room. The staff is very good-natured and polite, they will always help with any question and request. Parking is also great, you can easily park in a truck, despite the fact that the hotel is located almost in the city center. It's not a bad hotel for the southern region as a whole. The city center. Security is organized downstairs. I stayed in a suite. The furniture is tired, but there are also armchairs and a sofa. A very decent mattress on a double bed. The bathroom was clean, but the toilet drain was constantly breaking. Tomorrow is just breakfast. I ate what was served. They cook at home. Payment for accommodation, including with a bank card. And, of course, there is no daily cleaning, changing towels, updating soap and shampoo, apparently it is not accepted. You can take the kettle at the reception, but separately under the signature with the promise to return))
