I visited this sink for the first time on the recommendation of friends. I arrived by appointment, and the person in the office politely explained everything, told me, and helped me figure out the complex. According to him, the car wash was supposed to take about 40 minutes, but after 20 minutes the car was ready. I thought it would be very fast and there would be shoals or some kind of stains. But! The car was in perfect condition, I only saw it so clean in the salon) I hope that the guys will continue to maintain this quality and work for the result! So far, 5 points are deserved, I will update further.

I visited the Voskan car wash on 11/21/2025 and I consider it necessary to record serious violations in the provision of services. The car was handed over to the staff with the ignition key. Upon completion of the work, the car did not start, despite the fact that the battery was installed new and had no problems before visiting the car wash. After being forced to contact the BMW service center, experts determined that while the car was in the car wash, the ignition was probably not turned off or the electrical equipment was used, which led to a complete discharge of the battery. As a result, I had to pay for diagnostic and battery recovery services in the amount of 200 rubles, which is directly related to the actions of the car wash staff. Additionally, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that wet glass was found inside the car, which indicates that the doors could have been left open during the processing of the neighboring car. Considering the night temperature near zero, the glass was completely covered with frost. A similar situation has never occurred before during the operation of the car. I consider these actions to be an improper fulfillment of service obligations and a violation of service standards. In relation to the car wash, I intend to form a monetary claim for the losses and inconveniences caused.

The second time a woman washed was a CARELESS approach... I was constantly distracted, smoking, talking on the phone, asking friends to come over, then talking to them and washing the car in between ... As a result, instead of 30 minutes, the car was washed for almost 60 minutes ... The car was streaked, hidden cavities were not blown through - drops, respectively, the windows were cloudy. As a result, I had to clean the car myself. There are boot scratches on the door sills inside the car... But the saddest thing is that the rag used to wipe the car was washed with a kerchief on the floor, where there was a pile of dirt (I saw it when she was already running away to the company that came to her...) After such rags, the following cars will be scratched. Unfortunately, the administrator does not control the staff in any way...

I don't advise anyone! I was at the car wash today. The complex "Sink No. 3". They washed it terribly! There is no attitude towards the client. After washing, I saw drops of water on the hood, asked them to be removed, as a result, they began to prove to me that these were scratches. Funny how to confuse scratches with water?! As a result, they wiped it off, but somehow the sediment remained. When I arrived home, I saw two front doors completely covered in water droplets, with one of the doors in dirty water droplets, that is, the car was poorly dried and drops from the side mirrors were flying on the door. Next: the discs are poorly washed, the blackening of the rubber is absolutely not visible, as if it does not exist. And yes, also, there is no waiting room at all..

But despite the high price, we washed the car here many times, there were no complaints until we decided to clean the car from the inside. By the way, a very fat man was washing the car, as his wife noticed. After that, there were a lot of uniform, rather deep scratches on the panel and on the glove compartment directed to the driver's desk, as if someone was rubbing himself here, trying to wipe away distant places. They were found at home on arrival when they took things out of the glove compartment. After I couldn't wipe the scratches with microfiber (there was no polish), we turned back to the sink. Politely, I want to say. The owner of the sink said at first that they might have scratched it, but then he changed his shoes on the move and began to prove in an affirmative form that the cleaners could not scratch the panel in any way and suggested contacting the police. In general, he showed with all his appearance that he does not care about an individual client, since he has a reputation "for 17 years" and no one will spoil it. So now I think that with this attitude, there may be scratches on the car bodies at this car wash for a reason. I don't set foot here anymore and I don't advise anyone.
