Some pieces of meat were overcooked. The waiters do not know the rules of serving and serving dishes. Is it not necessary to serve plates? They haven't brought them to us yet. It's not terrible, but it's worth striving for.

I was visiting Semey and, on the recommendation of friends, went to eat at this institution. The waiters were nimble, there were a lot of people too. I just asked for rice as a side dish. During all three visits, I was served well, the food was three-course, the pilaf was over-dried, but not bad samsa and shish kebab.
The trash started when trying to pay with a card. The girl took it away in an unknown direction, forgot to bring it back, crumpled my receipt in front of me, and threw it in the trash. When asked why, I wanted to get it. She apparently did not know what a fiscal check was, and that it was required to be issued. Today, in front of me, near my table, some ill-mannered person poured water on the waiters, and poured one girl from a bucket in which there were rags for tables. This is terrible, the lack of control by the administration and, apparently, the lack of hygiene among the waiters.
I hope the cooks washed their hands. It looks like a decent place.

You have to come here with a fake. To be like everyone else. You will not be able to talk calmly at the table, you will have to shout over the music. It's always dark on the second floor, probably so that you don't see what you're eating. The cook pours soy sauce into almost all dishes, the DJ plays ancient songs. At least mixed with the new ones ! And if you're drunk, you don't really notice the disadvantages.
