Pros: The area is vast and relatively clean, without garbage. There are many gazebos with mangalas, there is a dining room. Cons: in the main common building there are absolutely dead showers and broken plumbing. The light is off in the shower. Of the two men's toilet cubicles shared on the floor, one does not work. In the second stall, the toilet tank is filled for 4 minutes, which creates queues and traces of life forever floating in the water. The repair and solution of this issue (replacement of sanitary ware) will cost a penny, but the picture has been observed for many years.
