Good afternoon! On June 19, 2023, an agreement for the manufacture of office furniture was signed between our organization and the Private enterprise Vostok-SV. It was necessary to completely make furniture in 3 rooms. Specifying the terms of manufacture and delivery of products, a deadline of 20 days was announced to us. By the way, all previous organizations have announced to us a period of 45 days or more. And this was the key condition for ordering furniture from the Private Unitary Enterprise Vostok-SV, since the deadlines were tight. At first, everything went very well. A friendly girl, Tatiana, came to our organization and asked about the preferences, configuration and color of the future furniture. The staff talked to her and told her everything. She listened carefully, and began to prepare a sketch. The sketch was ready within 3 days. The sketch was agreed upon, and the contractor's side assured us that it had begun production. According to the terms of the contract, the furniture was to be installed on July 14. But! At first, the private enterprise Vostok-SV, citing strong employment and a large number of orders, was asked to postpone the installation period by several days. Then the situation repeated itself more than once. Soon, the representative of the private enterprise "Vostok-SV" called back and said that the furniture was ready and it was possible to proceed with the installation. In the process, the assemblers found out that 2/3 of the parts were missing. And we need more time to bring everything and do it. The question "when?" was answered with the same answers – "a lot of orders", "little time". During the next visit of representatives of the Private Unitary Enterprise Vostok-SV to our organization, it also turned out that some cabinets and cabinets were made incorrectly. For example, a wardrobe with a width of 30 cm, of which 5 cm are the walls. One person's outerwear hardly fits in this closet. There are no words. As a result of all the work, the furniture was fully installed on August 8, 2023. We waited 37 days instead of the promised 20. And the worst part is that we didn't get what was planned at all. The shelves in the cabinets do not accommodate folders with documents, since the height of the shelves was designed incorrectly. The wardrobe for outerwear is generally a mockery… As a result, the capacity of the new furniture turned out to be several times less than planned. Installing furniture is a separate conversation. The gaps between the wall and the cabinet are larger from below, and smaller from above. In general, it seemed that all the furniture was hastily "chopped with an axe." Our organization is extremely dissatisfied with the services of the private enterprise Vostok-SV, since such a protracted repair has had an extremely negative impact on the work of our organization. We do not recommend working with the private enterprise Vostok-SV! Value your time and money!
