A magnificent 16+ hotel!!! We had a rest here in the middle of June, 2025. Beautiful locations, clean, functional, regularly cleaned, rooms, well-equipped territory! The hotel was renovated 3 years ago. Everything is on the level! Wi-fi in the hotel and on the beach, which is important for guests who continue to work and on vacation. The Internet speed is quite decent. The beach is sandy, quite clean, and there are plenty of sun loungers. It is located within a 10-minute walking distance from the hotel. I was especially pleased with the location of the hotel, as local attractions are within walking distance: ancient Side. The hotel staff is polite and respectful towards the guests. Upon arrival (we arrived at the hotel at 23:00), we were directed from the lobby bar to a restaurant where we had a great dinner. The kitchen deserves special attention! Special thanks to the chef! An abundance of dishes for the most exquisite taste! The variety is admirable: several types of fish and meat that have not been repeated in 8 days! Countless types of cheese! Fruits and vegetables are always fresh! Desserts in an amazing variety, incredibly delicious! The contingent of vacationers is mainly Europeans. Many thanks to the hotel management for organizing a fabulous vacation!

We stayed at this hotel in the middle of June. It was the first time I had a vacation outside of the first line. It was a conscious choice and we didn't regret it at all. Rooms: the rooms are new , daily cleaning, very high quality (with the smell of cleanliness). 2 problems were found : The TV didn't turn on, and the air conditioner stopped working one day. All the problems were resolved 10-15 minutes after the reception call. The room was on the 4th floor - there was no noise. Check-in : arrival was early in the morning, the impression was slightly spoiled by the person at the reception. He didn't say where he could change clothes, leave his suitcases, eat while waiting to check in, or how he could connect to the Internet. An hour later, there was a shift change, and we went to the reception again. As a result, we were checked in at 10:00 without additional charges. It's certainly nice. Food : red fish was served daily (I think there are people for whom this is also important), grilled, pasta corner for dinner. There were also themed dinners: Japanese and Mexican cuisines. It is also possible to order a la carte lunch on the beach and on the premises - a delicious doner Service: the waiters are surprisingly fast, they don't forget anything, the tables are always clean. Contingent: the hotel is 16+, mostly the guests of the hotel are Germans, British. Animation: there is an animation team that actively but not intrusively invites you to participate in activities (darts, shooting, water aerobics). There is one Russian-speaking girl (Nastya). There was a foam party and activities in the pool with an inflatable structure - I like it. There are practically no evening shows Territory: the territory of the hotel is very small, so those who want beautiful nature, a green hotel, I do not advise you to go. Nearby is the antique part of the city (20 minutes on foot, 10 minutes across the beach), many shops, there is an exchange office. The beach: the shuttle ran every 15 minutes, and it took 3 minutes to get to the beach. It can be reached on foot in 7-10 minutes. There is only a road in front of the hotel, then there is a rocky road with grass to the beach, there are no buildings (most likely it cannot be built there due to archaeological excavations). Trips to the beach did not cause any inconvenience. The beach itself is small, but there were plenty of sun beds for everyone. There is a beach bar, showers, toilet. Total: the hotel met my expectations and was 100% suitable for my needs (new hotel, delicious food, good service. Animation is not so important to me, a large area). Therefore, everyone should decide for themselves what they need for a perfect vacation.🙂

We had a rest from 08/17/25 to 08/24/25, a very pleasant and clean hotel, friendly staff. However, upon check-in, they offered to “improve“ the room in order to arrive earlier (we arrived at 9.00, and check-in at 14.00), of course, we agreed, since we were tired from the road, but keep this point in mind. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the beach, but the shuttle runs every 10 minutes, which is very convenient, but until 18.00, then only on foot to the hotel. Another nuance is that the beach is not private, that is, locals often come there in the evening, who set up their tables and actually relax. The food is delicious and fresh. The menu repeats itself for breakfast and lunch, but for dinner you can always find "something interesting", but rather the cuisine is oriented towards Europeans, of whom there are many (pasta, burgers, hot dogs). I also liked the location of the hotel, the ancient city is 20-25 minutes on foot. 👍 The last thing I would like to note is the slightly "rotten" animation, since the 16+ hotel would like to see more. There are also very few tables at the pool bar, which are occupied immediately after dinner, so it is obvious that there was not enough space for everyone. Each hotel has its pros and cons, but the most important thing is that there is no spoiled impression left, only positive emotions, smiles and calmness.

The hotel is new, so the furniture in the rooms is still practically new, the food is varied, for every taste. A bus with a generous, very friendly and caring driver, Tariq, takes you to the sea. He greets everyone every time, helps the elderly carry their bags, and gives them his hands when exiting and entering the bus. The sea was warm in October, but with waves (in June it was always calm before lunch). The hotel fully justifies its 5 stars and the concept of "Ultra All Inclusive". Food is a separate delight! it is very tasty and beautifully served. Lots of fruits, desserts like from a pastry shop. It was a minus for us, I think that we just got into such a period, the sea is dirty (a lot of mud, and people ... don't always clean up after themselves) in the evenings, locals come to the beach, but it's not even they who leave the garbage, but the hotel guests;( There are always plenty of sun beds on the beach and at the pool. We stayed at the hotel at the end of September 2025. The overall experience is excellent. She will help and tell you. The numbers match the photos. We had a room on the 6th floor, our friends had a room on the 5th. On the 6th, the room is smaller because there is a bigger balcony, and since this is the last floor, there is no roof over it and there is a cool view of the city/mountains and the night sky. We even managed to see the same lunar eclipse from the balcony. On the 5th floor and below, there is one double and one single bed in the room. Bathrobes, slippers, a minibar with drinks and chips. TV, kettle, etc. The safe is free. There is no iron, they do not give it - they only give it to iron somewhere in the region of 10 euros. There are bottles of lotion and conditioner in the shower, gel and shampoo 2:1 in large dispensers, so take your shampoo. There is no toothpaste. The cleaning is good and attentive. The women from the clinic are trying their best. Our friends had a broken socket in the bathroom - after applying, it was fixed within a couple of hours. About the applications. You will be given an a4 printout, authorization is there and you leave a message in any language in the whatsapp: "cleaning / minibar is needed," etc. It is convenient and works. For a relaxing stay, there is a good hotel, a Shuttle runs (I would like that in the evening too) to the sea. the animation is a bit weak in the evening - during the week it was noticed that it was repeated. The food is varied, but cocktails get boring, because the bar menu does not change. If you want a cocktail with non-Turkish alcohol, then it's not there, it feels like it's not ultra all inclusive (three types of wine: red, white and pink are sour), champagne is sour, the only thing you liked was non-alcoholic champagne. Alcohol is poured into the cocktail liberally, without beakers. The room has good sound insulation and was well cleaned. The deck chairs by the pool, if you come by 11, can only be occupied on the second tier, the sea is always empty. When tourists started arriving, they noticed that there were not enough places for dinner and there was a kilometer-long queue. I would also like to note the specifics of the local cuisine, sometimes it seemed that the salads were overdue, as they smelled of some kind of rotten meat (it was noticed specifically on fish and squid/shrimp).

We had a rest in early August during the peak season in a standard room with 2 beds. Room: the rooms are new, if you do not pay attention to the repair details, they are normal. Terrible sound insulation, you will literally hear the conversations of your neighbors, and even when they go to the toilet and use the shower. When we checked in, we had slippers/ bathrobes / basic soap products, nothing was changed in 10 days. Cleaning: at first glance, the hotel is clean, the rooms are cleaned "just to clean up", after the tip, the floors were only washed. We forgot to leave towels several times. Service: for three, the staff doesn't care about the guests, you can't wait for the waiter in the restaurant, if you want something, you need to get it yourself. I didn't see any friendliness, kind attitude, or concern here, except for the driver of the beach bus-he did well. The food: definitely not 5-star ultra all inclusive, the dishes were repeated for 10 days, the breakfast was always the same, there were not enough seats for dinner in the evening, queues accumulated and the restaurant was a real mess. The illusion that there is enough food, but there is nothing really adequate to take and eat the same set of foods. There are a lot of desserts, they look beautiful, but they taste the same. Eating without enthusiasm. The cocktails are fine, but we're not big connoisseurs. Beach: gentle entrance to the sea, the beach itself is dirty (steers, papers), no one cleans. There are enough sun beds. An ordinary beach, ordinary sun beds. I would not return to this hotel and I would not recommend it.

We usually have a rest in Turkey in the middle or the end of October, in the afternoon we try not to return to the hotel, this time we had to go for lunch, it is impossible to eat at the beach bar, drinks are normal. We had a rest in this hotel together from 23.06 to 30.06.2024. We arrived around 9 a.m., had breakfast right away and checked in.Thanks to the girls at the reception for not making us wait 14 hours. We lived in a room on the top floor with a Jacuzzi on the balcony. It's a great feature. We've used it 3 times, but it's a complete delight! You get high in the open air with a view of the sea. Great idea! In general, I liked everything very much. The hotel is new, the rooms are stylish, everything and everything is functioning as it should. The food is varied, drinks are any and in all bars.The animation is a bit weak, but we didn't need it. We went to a disco show, the girls danced on stage for more than two hours, trying to stir up the crowd. Smart guys, they stood it. There is a children's club, they play volleyball, football, polo, darts, and conduct aqua. The beach is a 10-minute walk away, you can take a bus, we walked and drove (according to the mood). The entrance to the sea is excellent, gently sloping. There is a lot of space where it is shallow. Both the beach and the bottom are sandy. Very comfortable. I would especially like to mention the spa at the hotel. A nice girl Inna recommended two masseurs Yunus and Ulash to us. Guys, it's just 🔥. They stretched us from the heels to the tops of our heads. At first we took a complex (sauna, scrub, hammam, massage, mask), then 3 massage sessions per hour. I liked everything very much. I recommend it! The hotel is worth the money, it is more focused on foreigners (Europeans and Turks about 70 percent) there are few Russian speakers, but this is probably even a plus. In general, we liked everything. If it works out, we'll go again

It's just a miracle, not a vacation. We've only been in this beautiful place for a week, but I already want to come back. This is a new hotel in Side, with the concept of ultra all inclusive and for adults. Of the disadvantages that may be significant for someone, this is a small area limited to a swimming pool and a beach bar area, a queue for a place on the terrace for dinner, a queue for delicious food for dinner in the first 40 minutes, smoking in all public places. That's where the cons end, and true delight sets in: the hotel's buffet is very pleasant, non-confrontational and not noisy. Alcohol, dishes from the restaurant are all high-quality, fresh and in sufficient assortment, there is even a refrigerator with gluten-free desserts. Alcoholic beverages are measured generously, by eye, not from beakers)) I would also like to mention a chic cafe on the beach and a bar. We only went to the hotel for lunch once, the rest of the time on the beach. The staff treats all the guests well and is very friendly. No one was imposing their attention, everything was very calm. As for the rooms, towels were changed every day and the mini-bar was replenished. Wi-Fi is everywhere, even on the beach, in-room safe, mini-bar, beach beds and towels, transfer to the beach - everything is absolutely free. The only thing was that there were no brushes or toothpastes, but that's not a problem :) We haven't been to the sauna, hammam, or massage, so there's nothing to add. I would describe the evening program as a quiet animation, without the active involvement of guests in it, in my opinion it is better than an ardent imposition to participate in competitions. We were lucky enough to get to the first anniversary of the hotel, it was very beautiful, and at the end there was a long fireworks display. For walks, promenades, etc.: here along the sidewalk, to the center (where Mak, Waikiki, Migos, etc.) it takes about 15-20 minutes to walk, to the Old Side ~ 30, to the port 35) I recommend that you definitely walk through the beautiful streets of the old town when you go to the port. The large Nova Mall shopping center is about 45-50 minutes on foot if you walk along the main roads. Overall, I really liked the hotel and its location.

The hotel is on the same level, very comfortable, cozy, modern. Don't look at the fact that it's not on 1 Beregovaya, it's a mere trifle, which is solved by transfer (runs every 15 minutes) or a 7-10 minute walk to the beach. Total all inclusive - bars on the beach, in the lobby and by the pool, the cuisine is amazing and varied. You definitely won't stay hungry, because in addition to the main place of eating, there is fast food, Viennese waffles, ice cream, including on the beach. The staff is polite, friendly, constant parties, entertainment events - not from the category of "miss hotel", but foam pool parties and themed parties near the hotel. The location is generally good, as the ancient city is ~ 25-30 minutes on foot, and the shopping center is ~25 minutes away. We will definitely come back when we get the chance!

The hotel is great, everything is new, clean, everything is working. The food is good, there are snacks on every corner, and the pastry shop is good.90% are Germans, all in German (contests, songs, etc.). But I didn't like the beach at all (toilets, a place to change clothes, everything is so poor).There is a public beach nearby...there are a lot of locals (correspondingly dirty).The sea is dirty, there is always a breeze....It was calm for half a day out of 12. Somehow, the service is excellent!!! If you love the pool, then you definitely need to go here. Have a good rest, everyone.

I took off one star for cleaning: instead of swans of towels, it would be better to spend this time on a more thorough assembly The beach is excellent with fine sand and clear sea, nearby, 15 min.walking distance - the old town with its atmosphere, cafes, embankments. A bus with a very friendly driver goes to the beach every 15 minutes until 18:00, after 10 minutes along the dirt road. The territory is small, but well thought out, everything you need is there. The hotel is designed for Germans (about 80%). Life hack: if you order a cocktail for the bartender in English or German, then there will be a little more alcohol in it and the service will be faster) and if you want specific European drinks, say it, otherwise Turkish ones will be poured We are satisfied with the rest as a whole, we will probably come back here again

The hotel is very small, there are no normal discos, the music is generally rubbish, it only plays in the morning (like charging for grandparents) then at 14:00 warm-up again and then from 21-23 and sleep! They were forbidden to listen to music on their speakers, the old ladies immediately complained and the next day there was a funny announcement everywhere that it was forbidden to listen to their music! I liked everything very much, the hotel is new, the food is delicious and varied, there is a Russian-speaking girl Ksenia at the reception, a bus takes you to the sea every 15 minutes. The best hotel we have visited in Turkey!!! The rooms are new, clean, slippers, bathrobes, everything is there. The air conditioner is working fine. The food is great!!! The waiters come to the table to order drinks, clean up, as in ordinary restaurants. Everything is clean. Alcohol all night, food until one in the morning, you can have a good meal. There are enough sun beds for everyone. A bus takes you to the sea nearby, quickly, even if you come alone, they will take you right away. All the staff is friendly! Our room was clean! There is a clean smell on the floors of the hotel. We are absolutely thrilled!

In the hotel, the main restaurant, by the pool, on the beach, in the lobby bar + there is also a fast food cafe on site all inclusive. Any kind of food and drinks. According to reviews before the trip, many wrote - minus for the distance from the beach. The beach is about 1 km away. At the same time, there is nothing but a sandy wasteland between the sea and the hotel. Such a fried 1 line. There is a shuttle bus from the hotel to the beach every 15 minutes. For those who don't want to walk. We enjoyed walking to the beach. It's not stressful after a meal, when you need to take a walk after a meal. The beach itself and the sea are good. Not a sharp descent (gentle), clean sand, pleasant sandy bottom. There is a bar and a cafe / restaurant on the beach, there is a volleyball court, the guys are active and a team is gathering for games. In general, it seems to me that the hotel is more for a relaxing holiday , not a beautiful one , but for a measured rest . We need to go to the old town, there are historical museums and artifacts that will be interesting. The staff is friendly. Sociable people are ready to help. We liked everything!

Fish lovers will also be pleased at this hotel, 3 to 4 types of fish were cooked every day. Lots of vegetables, fruits, desserts. Drinks in the main restaurant are brought by waiters, you don't even have to stand behind them. The waiters are also well trained, they work very quickly and efficiently. The hotel has a very small territory, only that by the pool and next to the stage, entertainment activities for children and adults are also held there. Which makes noise late into the night, but it didn't bother us. A shuttle bus takes you to the beach every 15 minutes from 8 am to 6.30 pm. If you want to stay on the beach longer, then walk exactly 10 minutes, along a straight but dusty road it will lead to the hotel. In the evening, such a walk does not cause discomfort, because there is no scorching sun. There were always enough sun beds, at any time, the advantage of an earlier arrival at the beach (9.00-9.30) is only that you can sit on the first or second line of sun beds, and that's it. Beach towels are free at the spa, changed daily. Room cleaning daily, + towel replacement, pastel linen was changed every three days. We had a very friendly maid who did everything neatly. I left a modest tip three times. There are two Russian-speaking girls at the reception. Among the attractions, the old town and the Temple of Apollo are 2 km away. Of the minuses, what struck me was that the cups in the restaurant were not always cleanly washed from traces of coffee or tea ... And .. I accidentally saw how the garbage in the room was removed from the trash can.. The maid was putting this bucket on the table!! To tie up the garbage bag and change it for a new one!!! I expressed my bewilderment and informed the reception. This maid didn't clean our place anymore. In general, we are satisfied with the rest, I recommend the hotel)

And most importantly, when we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by staff who "allegedly" did not understand Russian at all.Well , maybe so . They charged 70 euros for early check-in (they understood that) . We refused. Three minutes later there was breakfast, a good buffet, there are comfortable recreation areas, a bar, and a snack, in general, it was possible to wait for your room without any problems and without early check-in, but they didn't say anything in order to be paid money. I can't say about alcohol, I don't drink. You can always drink natural coffee on the 1st floor, there are desserts there, you will never stay hungry. We arrived early, were given bracelets and sent for breakfast while the room was being prepared, checked in at 11 o'clock instead of 14, the room was cleaned every day and linen was changed.
