I lived in room 109 for two nights, the ventilation was rattling terribly, just like a tractor starting up - it was very loud, you couldn't even hear the TV. It was impossible to sleep. There's a leak in the shower tray in the bathroom, and the water is leaking onto the floor. There was no cleaning in 2 days even once. It was very uncomfortable. On the plus side: I liked the location, good breakfasts, and friendly staff.
