We had a wonderful rest!!!
The specialist of Voyazhtur company, Julianna, offered many good hotel options for a vacation with a child in Turkey.
According to numerous positive reviews, I chose Lonicera City 3* in Alanya: the sea is nearby, the sights are nearby, the hotel is generally SUPERRRRRR for 3* (they feed a variety, you won't be hungry), the staff is polite, all rooms have a balcony, they clean every day!!!We left early in the morning, got up at night, and asked during the day: "Do I need a lunchbox?" I heard they come back here to rest again, a lot with children. There is no animation, perhaps it appears in another period.
The welcoming company FIT HOLIDAYS does not impose its excursions, they speak Russian well.
Voyagetour works directly with Belavia, which, I think, is a very big "+"! With Belavia, it is calm, safe and very tasty food)).
In general, we are very satisfied, we had a great rest.

On Natalia's recommendation, we chose a vacation in the UAE at the Radisson Blu Resort Fujairah. We doubted for a long time, knowing about the peculiarities of the climate in this country in summer. Natalia patiently helped with everything, anticipating our questions and possible nuances. Everything is organized clearly and smoothly: a comfortable flight and transfer, a decent hotel with friendly staff, a large landscaped area and spacious rooms, good food and, of course, a very warm bay. Given the proximity of the bay, it's probably very, very warm and humid outside.

I contacted the agency for the first time, just filling out the form on the website, after 15 minutes Natalia contacted me and immediately offered hotel options, among them was our hotel. By the evening we had booked a tour! (everything was fast and clear, usually the selection process takes a long time, but Natalia chose the options perfectly).
It so happened that on the way to rest, the Flydubai plane broke down and there was a delay in flights, because of this we did not have time for the next plane (and we had 3 of them!, we did not have time for the third one either).
Natalia was ALWAYS in touch, guided us and told us where to turn to be transferred to another flight, helped with rebooking the 3rd flight (seaplane) at 12 a.m. We always had full information about the situation, we were calm and knew that our vacation would definitely take place, because there was a person nearby who had everything under control, even in difficult situations.
It was our first vacation in the Maldives and it completely exceeded all expectations! I have never seen such care from the host side in my life - they carried suitcases for us at the airport, led us right by the handle to the check-in desk, took us to Male (the capital) for a couple of hours, due to the fact that the flight home was late, and seaplanes fly only during the day and us They brought me to the airport early.
The hotel itself was very beautiful, with good food and a homemade reef, at the same time for an adequate budget for the Maldives.
We are very grateful to Natalia and Voyage Tour for such an approach to their business and to their clients! Now we know exactly who to trust with the organization of our trips, and we will be happy to recommend the agency to friends and family. Thank you for your care, professionalism and for making our vacation in the Maldives truly unforgettable!

I went with my wife to Italy via Voyageur as part of a honeymoon. The staff of the VoyaGeur promptly processed all the documents and helped with visas. The trip itself went well overall. But there were also unpleasant moments that somewhat worsened the overall impression. The main ones are as follows. The staff of the host travel agency constantly imposed additional excursions, which were not included in the price and had to be paid separately. Moreover, these excursions took place at remote points from the main base and required considerable travel time (for example, from Rome to Naples or Siena). And if you refuse the tour, then in fact you spend the whole day in a hotel with a very inconvenient location. For example, we were brought to Montecatini Terme for 2 nights, and in the afternoon we were offered an excursion to Naples. Of course, we refused it, since it took almost 6 hours on the bus to get there, and after recently moving from Rome, we didn't have the strength to do it. Montecatini is a small town without any attractions. But they didn't even put us in it! And in a remote hotel on top of a hill overgrown with forest! Montecatini is 6 kilometers away, and in fact, having refused a trip to Naples, we found ourselves locked away from civilization for a day without food and leisure. To go to the store banally, you had to take a funicular half the way and walk half the way. Further, all the crossings started very early, we had to get up at 6 a.m. This is for yourself as part of a vacation... And since breakfast in hotels starts only at 7 a.m., we were simply given bags of dry food (cookies and a sandwich). In the last hotel, you could choose the breakfast time, but centrally for the whole group, and the attendant told us that since there are people who have a morning return flight, she set breakfast for 6.30 am. Personally, our flight was in the evening, and we had to choose - sleep or food. We chose sleep because we were very tired on the road, and we were left without breakfast. I will also add that the trip was announced as Rome - Florence - Venice. But we only fully visited Rome (3 days). In Florence, only half a day's travel, and in Vecenia - only 3 (!) hours before the 7-hour return trip to Rome by bus! In conclusion, I will say that we had a return flight home at 19.50, and the staff of the VoyaGeur actively positioned this moment as an important plus when planning a trip - "you will have another whole day in Rome, and you will be able to manage it yourself." But in fact, an employee of the accompanying agency told us that the bus would take us to the hotel at 14.00, as this is a group transfer. As a result, in order to save this day and have time to walk around Rome, we had to abandon the transfer and get to the airport on our own... Of course, the money for the transfer was not refunded)
To summarize, I repeat once again: in general, the trip went fine, but there are questions about the location of the hotels and the distance that had to be overcome by bus. Moreover, the tour was not declared as a bus tour at all. In general, this is a vacation, after which you need another rest)

I would like to express my gratitude to Voyazhtur, and in particular to the operator Galina for the good organization of holidays in China from 11.03 to 03/26/2024. Combined tour: 10 nights on Hainan Island (g.Sanya) and 3 nights in Beijing. We flew from Sheremetyevo to Sanya with a transfer (1.5 hours) in Beijing. Transfers are well organized: good cars, a mini-city tour on the way, helped to check into hotels and check in for return flights.
Sanya sooo liked it: clean, all in bloom, the bushes are trimmed, the Chinese are smiling, ready to help if possible, the sea is warm and shallow (fenced with buoys), the temperature is 29-31, the sandy beach is wide, there is no rain. There are sooo few Europeans (the children looked at us like monkeys in a zoo). Cons: a huge number of scooters.
The South China Hotel 4* is conveniently located: 2 minutes to the beach (own sun beds and umbrellas for free), near the city park (dancing on all paths every evening), the evening promenade along the beach is simply magnificent, 100 meters to the bus stop (travel 2 yuan), 100 meters to the Pineapple shopping center. The hotel has a Chinese medicine center: we took a massage + jars, an acupuncture – we were satisfied, I advise you to combine business with pleasure. Next to the administrator on the ground floor, from 9 to 18, there is a representative of the company who helps solve any issues that arise, and also changes the currency of $ 1 = 7 yuan. Service: cleaning, change of bed linen and towels - every day. Meals (buffet): juices, rice, noodles, bacon, sausages, chicken stew, fruits (pineapple, watermelon, melon, pitahaya, oranges), coffee/tea, yoghurts, pastries, toasts, jams, soup of different noodles (cooked in front of you) with different Chinese spices, etc. On the first day of arrival, there was a free city tour with a visit to a shark farm (sharks were not seen, only fat in capsules remained of them), a tea ceremony (teas are very expensive), a snake farm, a silk factory. We didn't take any more excursions: on our own, where on foot, where by bus we explored the city using Maps.me . Internet : WeChat works fine, Chome and Viber via VPN (bad, jammed).
To summarize: the sun, air and water are still our best friends - I want more!
Beijing- the metropolis greeted us with smog. The Beijing Xinqiao Hotel 4* is located within walking distance (20-25 min) to the attractions: the Temple of Heaven, the Forbidden City (did not get there, it is better to buy tickets online a week in advance). The metro is nearby, the fare depends on the number of stations. We went to the Chinese wall on our own by bus 877.
Perhaps this is our best vacation in the Asian direction! Thanks for the work!

Review of a wonderful vacation in Georgia (Tbilisi and Batumi)
We had a vacation with my husband in Georgia from 06/12/2023 to 06/23/2023. We went on a trip right after the wedding.The rest was just fine! Immediately after arrival, the driver met us, loaded our suitcases into the car and took us to the hotel (we arrived at night).
In general, the tour was eventful.We spent it on excursions (Mtskheta, Kakheti, Vardia, Adjara and much more).The guide to Eastern Georgia, Juliana, is a great professional and a wonderful person.I even cried a little when we said goodbye to her on the last day in Tbilisi).
I also liked Batumi very much, the hotel is good (as in Tbilisi), there are air conditioners everywhere, so it was as comfortable as possible.
All transfers were very well thought out in time (taking into account frequent traffic jams in Georgia).Yes, I had to wait somewhere, but it's better to wait than to miss the train/plane).
Special thanks to our manager from Voyageur Julianna!I was always in touch and was happy to help with all questions!
Overall, we had a great honeymoon and have already booked the next trip with Voyages :)

I rarely write negative reviews, but I realized that feedback is a way to get better for the company.
I applied through the website with a request for the selection of a tour - the answer took me a week to wait, I even forgot (I left a request through the bot). The manager still dialed me and at my request to call back, because it was inconvenient to talk, he continued to talk about his own and find out information. After that, he actively continued in Viber. There were no well-formed offers in the form of links to the hotel that is included. A dry screenshot of the tour in the form of dates and after adding the cost.
As an auditor of the quality of services, I was just shocked, because such an attitude is a formally fulfilled application received in order to show that "I work".

I will not recommend this agency to anyone. We went with a friend to the Italy mini tour.
On the day of arrival in Rome, we were forgotten at the airport. We waited for 1.5 hours and tried to find out who was supposed to meet us. The attendant just sent the driver's number and said call him. He naturally didn't pick up the phone. We sorted out the grief in half, but missed 2 sightseeing tours of Rome (we did not get to the first one because of the arrival time (no one discussed this moment with us in advance either), to the second one because of the delay at the airport).
Accompanying Layla is a separate joint. (the most unpleasant woman who constantly lies and wants to rip off more money from you) + it was unpleasant to hear how she constantly complains to everyone about one adult woman from the group that she creates problems for her and "how did the children dare to send their mother on such a tour, it's bullying."
Further problems with the bus driver.
For the first time in the Vatican, we waited for him for 40 minutes in the parking lot because he was not there and could not leave.
I didn't clean up the garbage on the bus from the previous day.
At the bus stop when moving from Venice to Rome, we agreed with him that at a certain time everyone would return to the bus and go on. We came - the bus is closed. A wild downpour began, everyone got soaked through and some got sick after that.
After that, they also asked to pay the driver a tip of 10 euros per person.
In general, I liked Italy itself, but the organization constantly spoiled the mood.
