Мутная организация. Принцип существования и ее жизни неизвестен. При том, что она занимает гигантскую площадь с точки зрения военторга. Рядовым гражданам (даже из соседних домов), туда заходить запрещено, работники приезжают и уезжают на элитных машинах. Что происходит внутри - неизвестно.
