I want to leave a complaint about the hotel and to Yandex Travel. The hotel disappointed me!! I booked for you, according to the descriptions and a number of reviews. . 1. Very far from the center and the main attractions 2. Repairs are underway around and it is impossible to live and sleep (construction has been underway since 7 o'clock). 3. The hotel is old, the room needs a complete renovation. Everything is broken and dirty (I will attach a small part of the photo). The shower was leaking, and I was squeamish about going in. The battery is dirty, old, and rotten. The faucet is covered in mold and stone. 4. There is no sound insulation. 5. The lobby smells of cigarettes. 6. The breakfasts are very poor. Instant coffee from tea bags (( There is no black tea leaves, only chamomile and mint... and some kind of red karkade. 7. There is no cooler with water, I ran for warm water for disinfection. 8. The guy at the reception with his sweatpants at home, his legs up on the table, as if he was watching a laptop at home. 9. The pillows are old, but you can sleep. 10. The wallpaper on the wall at the head of the bed is peeled off. 11. The carpet is dead, stained, hard, worn out. wear only slippers or shoes. This is not the whole list of inconveniences! I'm disappointed! A maximum of 1-2* and an urgent renovation!!! Not worth the money I paid!
