How did they end up there at all and who corrects and adds this information additionally when paying from organizations, in the ERIP / specialists system, where, in fact, payment for the receipt itself is given when the payment has already been made with them. 1).I'm resetting the payment receipt.
2). Notification of how the receipt should be paid.
I want to note that by paying through applications, you can correct the information yourself if it is not correctly indicated or the left numbers are written, although it seems that this has not yet been in the application, where in fact you can fix it yourself. Who gloats over such small additions of information to the program itself through which payment and receipt of receipts go through? To whom should I make a claim and continue to write reviews about the actions being carried out inside the ERIP system itself about interference with personal data? Does the ERIP system itself or does the bank have to correct incorrectly specified and extraneous figures in the r/s of the organization who has access or should they be there?

The nuance consists only in the program itself, how could the system output a receipt for payment, where the correct information should be entered in the system itself without any interference from extraneous additional digits, as indicated in the notification without extra digits, where this is not the first time and never outputs clean information, as it should be. Who has access inside the ERIP system / organization conducts an intervention to personal data, where it is not possible to stop if this is entered in your bank with the left digits when paying, which should not be. Where did the 3 left digits in the receipt in the r/s come from?
In the ERIP system, or does the organization itself have access and independently change and add additional non-existing numbers to utility bills? I'm not even talking about the fact that the UNP is completely different from the payers, and not as in the notification, and so all receipts go through, who is so interested in personal data, such actions are unknown and it is not possible to stop so that they don't do it anymore. No one decides anything, how they want and dispose of personal data in their own interests, who is interested in having such information distorted with errors in personal data on a monthly basis, it is not possible to correct and stop the interference. What is it in general and why do it, who is so interested that information with errors is entered is unclear and not known.
Your bank is not the first to provide such information on personal data, there is another state-owned bank. In another bank, the question is only about other actions, where I constantly conduct operations on receipts, only there the specialists / employees themselves do not enter and refuse to enter and correct information that must be entered in a mandatory manner, as was always the case when paying monthly receipts, namely the payers themselves, who pays, as indicated in the notice, the two of us have always been the same, but they make only one to choose from, changing independently interfering with the personal data of payers and disposing of who pays for the specialists themselves since May 2021, where it is also not possible to fix everything and solve until now arbitrariness is present. Everything is decided among themselves, the one who pays and to whom personal data belongs, in fact, presents everything in such a way that you are nobody and only unsubscribes from another bank are enough. It is not yet known how this can be and how this whole system is corrected and how it stops due to the intervention of each of the structures who has access to the data of interference with personal data.
I am writing a review so that other payers of monthly services check their personal data and be more vigilant about the information they enter, despite the fact that I have not yet been able to correct all these actions so far and every time something always happens with the transactions/receipts of payments.
