Hello, the bus line is of average quality, I periodically bought a ticket Tallinn-Minsk-Tallinn. But as always, there are a lot of misunderstandings, I used to travel Estonia-Latvia-Lithuania-Belarus, and now Poland. I bought a ticket through infobus.eu and it specifically says in a straight line , but I was assured that their company's website says that the route has been changed . If a company sells its tickets at different venues , why doesn 't it specify all the nuances? As a result, when you come to the bus station, you either go or not. There is no refund for the ticket, as it is late, as a result, they were dropped off at the ring in Kaunas . What am I talking about, people have a ban on entering Poland, in this case, me. I have attached a photo of the future flight .

Well... now it's time to write a review. I was "lucky" to encounter the services of this company in the second half of July 2022, taking advantage of the opportunity to get to Tallinn and back (in 4 days). But about everything in order. 1) A trip there. In general, there was a relatively comfortable bus (as far as this type of transport can be comfortable at all). Of the minor disadvantages, the lack of an opportunity to go to spend money in a dutik, because the drivers flatly refused to make such a stop even for a short time. They were not even allowed to walk after passing all the border procedures, although the border crossing itself provided such an opportunity. On the plus side, each passenger was provided with a cellophane bag (most likely for storing garbage) and a bottle of plain water (0.5). One of the more significant disadvantages is the absence of any stops along the route at all (except for borders). That is, neither to smoke, nor to stretch your legs and numb body during such trips, nor to simply breathe fresh air. We arrived at our destination about 2.5 hours late. 2) The trip back. It's already more fun here. The bus was different, and much less comfortable. To begin with, the air conditioning system is made very cunningly and through a causal place! One blowout tube for 4 places, and you can turn it either so that it "blows" either to the left-up, or to the right-up, i.e. into the ceiling. Separately, it is worth noting that the compartments above the seats for hand luggage allowed you to put only a sandwich there, because anything more dimensional would not fit there elementary. However, it is worth noting that it would be much more comfortable for a sandwich to travel there than for its owner, since the airflow in the compartment for allegedly hand luggage functioned much more cheerfully and more pleasantly than in the cabin with people. Next, there was a surprise at the border, when it turned out that they stupidly did not give Tax-Free at the customs of the EU member states, justifying this by saying that they would have to wait a very long time. This is generally a very interesting innovation, striking in its uniqueness. There were no stops, as in the case of the 1st route, except for the border. Separately, it should be noted that even when it was necessary to fix something with the bus wheel (which took two drivers about 15 minutes), it was still strictly forbidden to get off the bus, no matter for what reason. Moreover, despite the full load of the bus, the lack of normal ventilation, the heat on the eve of departure and other similar factors, the drivers did not even bother to open the bus doors in order to somehow ease the life of passengers. There was always about the same answer to all requests, in the style of "not supposed to". Separately, it is worth mentioning the comments of the special forces guide, who argued for such actions in the style of "Open the door for you, and then gather everyone in the woods." Well, yes, we were all being escorted from one correctional institution to another, and not voluntarily, for our own money, with a full understanding of proper behavior and awareness of responsibility for our actions, we loaded into this transport. In short, the attitude towards prisoners will be better, perhaps. Separately, it is worth noting the attraction in the form of "there is wi-fi in the bus, hot drinks (tea, coffee)". Wi-fi does not work very confidently, but in theory it can be attributed to the fact that in places along the route the connection is not very catching, to put it mildly. But there is a whole epic with drinks. When I turned to the driver, who was pouring himself coffee with a request to allocate me a cup (disposable), I received, to put it mildly, a boorish response, with the premise that "hot water for the staff." The truth for which one is still a mystery. And it seems logical to assume that for two drivers, but then a reasonable question arises why specify such information in the description of the flight, if in fact you will be sent away at best? To sum up, I can only advise everyone to think three times before using the services of this carrier.

A good tour operator. Interesting cruise programs in Scandinavia. We have already traveled with them several times.
