I asked for advice about cleaning , peeling .To which "my new doctor" replied: You would do well to prick your nose and forehead, or take a biorevitalization course, as I did!) .Just a minute! No matter how I looked (and I was about 30, and I don't look my age)I've made another request! I didn't come to my friend for advice! I have not applied to this institution anymore.I found a worn-out Oksana Petrovna and go only to her (by the way, 5 years later, she did not do a nose mask for me, she said you're fine, but your forehead was pierced :))
But unfortunately, she does not perform all types of procedures. Before our peeling, she advised me to contact Irina Pershina at Krestyanskaya 19 for a pre-peeling facial cleansing. Which I did. I liked Irina very much, we carried out cleaning, nitrogen and then a mask. It was in the fall of 2023 .I was satisfied with Irina's work.
And now I have decided to visit Irina again for the ozot procedure on Krestyanskaya 19. On a convenient day for me, she did not accept and I was offered another nurse.I agreed, it's just an idiot.
I signed up for a week by phone.The first session is on 10.07 at 19:30.
And then I messed up! I lost a piece of paper with a reminder of the time. And I thought I was booked at 20:30.
After work, I came to the center, went about my business.I did it earlier, and I think :It's almost 20:00, maybe I'll be accepted earlier (I was five minutes from this "beauty salon")
And it's strange, do I have an appointment today? Did I get anything wrong?They didn't call me, they didn't write to messengers to confirm the recording (as they do everywhere now). I think I need to call and clarify myself, and maybe they will accept me ahead of time.
I called at 7:48 p.m.To which the receptionist kindly replied that my entry was at 19:30. I explained that I got the time wrong!
I did not insist or ask to be accepted!!!!It's my fault! It's not burning for me !I could have come another day.I just said that I was nearby and if there was time and opportunity, could I come over!

I went with a calm soul.
I come in, the nurse is still busy with another client.The registrar suggested that I pay off and sign the work completion form for now.Which I did.I paid with a card for about 13 rubles, signed it.
After 5 minutes, the office was vacated , I was met by a seemingly mature and wise woman .With the words :You had an appointment at 19:30.I replied: Yes, I got the time wrong.She: Come behind the screen. I pass by and see that the couch is not covered, I think come on, the person is in a hurry to get home, I'm late, not up to the capes.And I lay down on the couch, ready to start hunting. And at this time, while I was hastily going to bed, her voice was behind the screen: 10 minutes late and we have the right to refuse admission.
I'm silent (I didn't insist on admission either).She continues, behind the screen: Now I will not leave here at half past, but later and at what time I will arrive home.
I'm lying down and I already feel guilty!
I say, I'm sorry, I just got the time wrong. No one has called or texted me yet.
Her answer: And no one will call you because of the ozone, they call and remind you because of consultations with a doctor or expensive procedures!

And then she comes to me behind the screen, sees me on an uncovered couch, without shoe covers.
And he says:And what is it? I answer: Yes, let's do it quickly, it's time...(since you put such emphasis on it). To which they tell me: No, we get up, and learn to enter the office again, as it should be, we leave...we go to the exit, take the shoe covers, put them on and go in again, or you are here for the first time and do not know how to do it (and so that you understand, under these words, we did it all together!) I wanted to tell her: Woman, you seem to have a lot of time. But I don't say anything. I'm always silent! But there is a limit to everything! We go back to the office together , go behind the screen , she covers it, I lie down , shocked by the manners .They're rubbing my face. They open a container with nitrogen and then I hear her voice: Well, there is no nitrogen yet (and with irritation, why voice it? Why do I need this information?go silently dial it and perform the procedure.)
I'm lying down. She goes out with the container into the corridor, goes to the receptionist, and I hear her say to her (the receptionist)such words:
Do you hear, they didn't call her (that is, me) about nitrogen!
I can't convey my disgust!
It's just beastly!
I didn't ask for it or insist on being accepted. And no matter how it is, I shouldn't listen to this!
And to feel, I can't put into words who.
Hearing her words in the hallway , about me . I got up, took off the "kindly" offered shoe covers and left this place like a bullet, forever!
