It was a nice house, but it was already quite shabby in places, I lived in a spacious apartment, but it was cheap! What's a plus point for?

We rented an apartment in this house a couple of times-the entrances and the playground are clean, the neighbors are all friendly. Shops and cafes are within walking distance, gas station next to KFC.

We stayed in this complex for a week! Very comfortable apartment, good children's and sports grounds! It's very close to the center! Two grocery stores in the house itself
